Great Floral Department!

We were very happy with the flowers from Albertsons in Simi Valley for a 50th anniversary party at a restaurant about a mile from the store. We talked with Chase and Cherie (the department manager) to order 15 small arrangements for individual tables and 1 larger one for the head table. They worked within our budget and color and flower preferences to design the right look and create beautiful pieces for our party. On the day of the party, store employees delivered the flowers at the agreed-upon time and placed them on the tables. Cherie took great care to be sure that everything was just right for our big day. We were extremely pleased, and would highly recommend Albertsons’ flower department.

It was easy and quick to get in and out of this Albertsons. I needed a couple of things and it couldn’t have been easier. The store is very clean, I even saw an employee dusting displays throughout the store. There is a Starbucks inside and a “wine cellar.” The people I interacted with were also very nice and helpful.

This is a great Albertsons for the product. Do not leave your cell in the cart or even think you can come back for it and they will be honest enough to have kept it. Otherwise sure it's a great store.

This Albertsons is top notch! There is never a problem finding parking close by and the store front is easy to locate! The staff are all super friendly and quick to help locate anything that you can't find! The cheese and wine selections are usually pretty decent! The beer isle has some hidden gems.

Great store nice and clean. Only thing one of the mangers must not like his job there. There was an incident outside and he had no concerns to the vehicle. Just walked away from customer. From what I heard customer still waiting to hear from store insurance company. Which probably means he never put the claim in. If you don't like your job. Find a new one. Very simple

Employees are always friendly. We especially love seeing the gentleman that runs the express self check out area! He’s professional and friendly and works very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of in a timely matter. The store itself is always well stocked and organized. Other than some expired side dishes a few times in the past, overall experience is great!

Nice folks. The Albertsons/Vons chain could do a better job of putting expiring items on clearance. At Ralphs you can find something half-off in almost every refrigerated section.

Always clean, employees are actually eager to help and smiling. Not many places have employees that are this friendly these days.

The only grocery store I will shop at here in Simi. The selection is always great, the produce always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are excellent! I always receive the best customer service!

I've come here for years.
The managers and checkout folks are dependable, kind and helpful. Helpers come and go and generally any bad experience I've had here come from them.

I needed a special yogurt for my kids and the guy stocking the shelves unprompted asked which and put some aside for me to come back and get it. That's customer service folks!

Clean, stocked and the helpful staff makes it easy to come back here.

I had the greatest shopping experience yesterday, because of the wonderful service we received from Dan the store manager. Shopping during this difficult time hasn’t been pleasant for a lot of us these days. I received great customer service yesterday and he showed me that he truly cares for his customers and community. Just a nice guy!

We like grocery shopping at this store. Neat and clean. Associates are always available and knowledgeable. Produce is fresh. Meat and fish department is great.

Love the changes they have made in the past few years or so. Everything looks very high end and organized beautifully (specifically the organic section of produce and the alcohol sections). Always have great staff.
I am not a fan of the fresh spicy guacamole I tried. It didn't taste like guacamole to me. Bland. Otherwise place is great. Floral and Starbucks too!

I have been a customer for 13 years and have had 13 years of outstanding customer service in all departments. Today I want to especially recognize Maria and Tonia in the meat department. They have always accommodated my needs when I needed extra help when hosting family meals, by special ordering, cutting and selecting meats and great suggestions. They are always courteous and professional. I appreciate how clean and organized the department is in, the glass is always clear and clean and makes it a joy to shop there. I look forward to shopping there for years to come.

Much more like a full Pavillions than the last Pavillions I used to go to in Oak Park

Clean & usually well stocked. It's good to double check receipt just in case coupons or digital "Just4U" offers didn't go through. Service desk can help if you run into an issue. Currently there is a Starbucks inside as well.

This Albertsons has it all! Along with the pharmacy, there's a full service Starbucks inside. The head pharmacist was very quick to begin recognizing me and I transferred all my prescriptions here. The produce area was recently remodelled and their new "bins" looks fantastic along with help keeping the fruit cool. The deli has a good selection of meats and cheeses and have recently expanded their packaged salad offerings which for me is my favorite! My only complaint would be when they remodelled the store they did away with the self checkout. For a couple quick items I loved it! Fast quick and easy. Now, routinely the lines will be ten long in the "express Lane!" Kudos for not losing jobs to robots, but they REALLY WERE CONVENIENT!.
