Discount Drug Mart

Wow! Called customer service to ask about a product. Turns out they don't have it but the lady is going to call 2 other stores for me and call me back! Now that is good customer service!! I didn't think any place would do that any more for customers. Very nice!

Exceptional people seem to work there. Holly and Skip were very helpful to me since I just moved into the area and transferrd prescriptions. They are very helpful and nice. 10 stars if I could.

No problem with my prescriptions at all. The place is very nice. They seems to always have what I am looking for, no matter how odd. bike tire? notebook? Coffee? Rx? usb chargers? even old video DVD rentals. It's like a general store that is more convenient than big supermarkets.

Amanda at the stow pharmacy was so nice when I spoke to her. So far in the 10 years that I have been using Drug Mart she is the only one who has given me proper customer service at the pharmacy. Thanks Amanda!!

They always have what i need, even the odd things. They truly do save me a lot of running around.

The telephone care and follow-up is GREAT at this location!! Called to see if a product is something this location stocks. The clerk had been initially confused by the relocation of the product in the store. She followed up with management and got me the correct, helpful information. Thank you 😊.

I love this store. It's very therapeutic. I mean besides the fact that they have absolutely everything you could ever possibly need. Gardening supplies? Check. Booze? Check. Hair and skin products? Check. If you can think of it, they probably have it. Their jingle, Discount Drug Mart saves you the runaround, is so spot on. But it's just very nice and soothing to go there. Everybody is nice, they're not in your face, the store is clean and orderly without being glitzy, there's always plenty of parking, and you rarely have to wait long in line. And of course you can get your meds there too. I wish I could give this store even more stars.

I have been shopping here for years , everyone is always kind and courteous. The pharmacy is great the staff has always been really helpful.

I called Discount Drug Mart today on Fish Creek road and I was fortunate enough to talk to a woman by the name of Andrea Cristoff.. All employees should pattern themselves after Andrea..she went above and beyond answering all my questions today...I was so impressed with her,that I came here to leave this review and I rarely leave reviews.. she is the epitome of what customer service should be..Friendly, informative and very helpful.. I will not soon forget my wonderful experience today with Andrea Cristoff of Discount Drug Mart
