Huge selection of Irish Whiskey! Staff are so friendly! They have top shelf items!!

Great experience, and Brett was incredibly helpful. I didn't know how kind and professional the team at Total Wine would be, nor did I know that you were able to sample things. I came in intending to buy several hundred bucks of alcohol for my wedding, and Brett helped me feel certain about the drinks I purchased, their taste & quantity as well as directing me around to the right aisles. First time in, but will not be the last. 5 stars! And the cashiers were so friendly and got me on the rewards program. I think one was named DJ? Super friendly, all around. Will make more purchases there in the future.

The store is very open and stocked with lots of rare and harder to find runs of spirits that you'd usually have to order online (initially came in after seeing that they had a bottle of JCB Gin in stock).

The staff is helpful to the fullest and gives excellent recommendations in lieu of anything that might be temporarily out of stock. Prices are exceptional, and someday, I'll actually sign up for rewards; which seem to accumulate fast based on other customers redeeming around me every checkout.

There is no shortage of mixers and accouterments for anything you find yourself serving, including bespoke glassware and other hardware. Lastly, they have a great snack selection.

The employees are amazing. They helped us right away and didn't have to go looking for help, and they were extremely professional as well as great recommendations!

A much more limited beer selection than the Total Wine store located near me in California, but I had been scouring Dallas for an Austrian-brewed beer to gift to friend who insisted those are the best. And this store came through in the clutch with one! Really nice and helpful staff too.

They have an amazing selection of craft beers I'm almost always able to find golden monkey by victory!

Love this place, lots of different selections. I got some Sparkling Rose for New Year’s, so yummy! Also purchased 11 minutes here. Very strong, I think the more aged bottle would have been tastier but they didn’t have that one.

So many to select from. Employee evert where you turned so it was easy to find help. They were well educated on the liquor and the samples was a plus.

Total Wine & More does live up to its name. What sets it apart from other stores is the organization of the wines. They don't just put all the reds together and leave you to figure out the type, etc. They organize by specific region, type, AND in alphabetical order! They carry rare finds which gives me the option of always trying something new. The MORE part of the name comes from LIQUOR from ALL OVER THE WORLD! Not just a few countries either. I was able to find small regional Sake's I was only able to get secretly shipped from friends! They have Korean Soju's as well as authentic Russian Vodkas (leave your politics out of my rocks glass) that make you feel as if you are in that region drinking and eating! Oh did I mention the snacks and cigars to pair with whatever beverages you choose? You can find what you need even if there is no staff around to assist. However, if you do need help, the staff is VERY knowledgeable and can go right to what you're asking about without taking all over the store...like some place down the street..we all know who! If you haven't shopped here before, you're wasting money elsewhere. You may pay a little more but its worth it just for VIP experience everyone gets there. Total Wine & More Please!

They have a great selection of nearly anything you would hope to find in a liquor store. They even have a decently sized humidor if you're looking for a good cigar to go along with what you plan on purchasing.

Their store is always very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. If they don't have an exact item they know what will be a close match.

Total wine is the place to go if you are trying to find a hard to find liquor. They have many friendly staff ready to provide you with great recommendations without spending more. Definitely a most even if you are just visiting the city

There is a lot of variety of wines, from various places, from Europe, Asia, but there is only 1 Mexican wine, you can find all the drinks, excellent place, I really like coming, 😍

Very nice selection of everything. Even have cups/mugs for alcohol. Whiteclaws/vodka/tequila.

My boyfriend and I always go to total wine - hands down best wine selection around. Tonight we entered the store thinking we were going to grab a bottle of prisoner to see what the hype was about along with a few other basic selections. Luckily, we were greeted by Robert S. who educated us on some great cabs with better price points that we probably never would've considered. Robert carefully picked out four cabs that were perfect matches for what we were looking for. I really appreciate the time that Robert took to educate us and also he provided some great conversation. Be sure to seek him out when you visit this total wine location. He's earned a loyal customer, that's for sure!

Had a fantastic Italian wine tasting with a large party this weekend. Made for a fun-filled and educational experience. George did a great job presenting all of the information and answering our questions. Got to sample a variety of great wines and we all had a fun time!

Good place for good prices on wine, beer, spirits & cigars. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
