They were helpful with my wiper size. Had to return wipers to walmart. Because the book was wrong on the size.

Had a "check engine" light. Used the code reader on site. They did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts. Very knowledgeable on the reader results.

When you want to throw money at don't call the team at oriellys in catalina arizona they won't take you for a ride always helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for saving me hundreds if not thousands over the last couple of years

The employees at this store really know what they are doing. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I always leave feeling good about my purchase. It's not easy for me to trust places like this will give me honest information, but I have done my homework and am impressed by their honesty!This store in Catalina gets 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Staff at the Catalina location are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can see online what's in stock in the store, so I don't waste a trip looking for something that's sold out. O'Reilly is my go-to place, and I can't even remember the last time I bought auto parts anywhere else.

I bought some MAF sensor cleaner this morning and had unplugged the battery. We ran into complications further down the road with our RV braking system due to the battery disconnect and stopped here. I explained that I just needed a plug reset under the dash where I couldn't reach. He came right out and did it. He didn't have to do this, he could have denied my request but he didn't. I am sending a huge thanks to O'Reilly for hiring quality people and an even bigger thanks to the gentleman that helped us get back on the road!! I'll always use O'Reilly autoparts.

I bought a set of windshield wiper blades for $40.00. One of my residents works there and even put the new set on for me. Nice store with helpful and knowledgeable people. However, please remember that they sell auto parts and accessories and they are NOT experienced mechanics. Thanks Max for your help that day.

I believe this place has just about everything you need for your car. If you can't find it in the store, ask them to look online through there Auto Parts online system. there you should be able to find your part and they will order it for you.
They have free engine check light service but not a garage to fix the problem.. they can however replace your windshield wipers for you after you've purchased a pair.

I go here a lot, and besides an incident I had with a manager a while back, I have always left happy feeling like I saved money. I won't go into details but that particular manager is no longer there, they do not put up with abuse to customers....

Always a great place, if it's busy plan on waiting in line a while, the staff is great there and they never hurry you, and that takes a while. Always top notch service, never an issue with returns, or warranty stuff.

Quite friendly, helpful and with a pretty good selection of auto wash, wax and detail products

But they didn't have anything for detailing plastic back windows on folding convertible tops. I asked Joe behind the counter if he could help and he spent at least 20 minutes with me, finding exactly what I wanted on the net and in their inventory system... Meguiar's plastic cleaner and polish (2 different products).

Then Joe found another stocking location for each and arranged for a transshipments at no additional cost.

Friendly, confident, and knowledgeable staff. Descent selection in store. Wide variety to have delivered for pickup at store or to your home.

I attempted to change a headlight on my eclipse and after messing with it for about 30 minutes I gave up and drove to O'reillys which is down the street from my house. A gentlemen named Joshua offered his assistance and installed it for me in less than 5 minutes. His professional demeanor and genuine care stood out and it deserves recognition. Thanks Josh.
