Very organized and clean store. The staff was friendly.
The prices here are very affordable plus they had an extra thirty percent off for the Black Friday specials. My wife got a set of pijamas and a dress for $22 in total.

This is a pretty big Forever 21 and every time I’ve shopped here it’s been a pleasant experience.  Another cool part of this location is that they have a men’s section, so at the very least my boyfriend can kill some time looking around lol Found a really cute dress on sale for $7 so it was a big success for me!

If you're looking for cheap, but trendy fashion on the Third Street Promenade, you've found the mothership.

This location is huge, well-organized and tastefully curated. Looking for cute office supplies, home goods or affordable face masks? They have you covered!

The staff even helped me look for a very specific clothing item to go with my Halloween costume. The were courteous and friendly, which isn't always the case at fast fashion retailers.

Cute clothes on a budget is the best way that I would describe this store. The staff are friendly. The store is clean. They have a large selection of clothes for women, and some clothes for men. Even though this is a small location than the one they had on the Promenade, there is still a good variety. I’ve been able to find some cute clothes, make up accessories and more for both of my daughters.

I prefer this location over the one at the Grove. I like my space & this location has not only that, but more options than at the Grove. The sales people here are efficient & friendly.

The way in which clothing is grouped together adds to the flow of the shopping experience. Example: Casual at home wear to dressy to party at night wear...they have it all! Prices are reasonable like at the other locations. Plus, I love the stairs, I can get my free cardio on while I shop!

Love this store. Even though I am waaaaay past 21 this is my go to store. They have thee cutest shirts and skirts and jeans. That fit all; perfectly! Love it. The staff are really nice and helpful.

I am a HUGE fan of Forever 21, wherever I see one, I go inside and shop. This Forever 21 is my favorite though. It is huge, has 3 floors and a lot more clothing options than other stores. Different styles, different looks, shoes, jewelry, etc. I usually always find what I am looking for in this specific store. The staff there is for the most part very helpful, I go here a lot when I shop so I always deal with different staff members.

From out of town and I did not expect it to be cool outside. We stopped in and found beanies on sale. And we relieved.

Girl stuff abound went with girlfriend great prices very affordable clothing for women. Guys if you want to save on that gift to your wife or girlfriend come here it won't hurt as much lol.
