Pilot Travel Center

This is the cleanest Pilot restroom I've used so far. The ladies room smelled fresh walking in & there was a pleasant scent in the stalls. I'm very big on clean restrooms & this was one of the best I've been in.

The bathrooms are not automated yet, but hey, this is hands down the best Pilot Travel Center I've been to in the country! Customer service here is superb in all departments. Plus there is a Steak-in-Shake attached to it and the food is always fresh and delicious 🤤

Brand new showers. Just opened up today. Good water pressure and temperature stays where you set it. Staff is courteous and helpful.

As a long-term over the road truck driver I've learned that most of these kinds of fuel stops are only interested in getting your money and rushing you off the premises. It seems as though every location they have that at one time may have had a decent sit down restaurant on the site they have shut it down and replaced it with a fast food joint. Not everyone desires to eat unhealthy.

The only issue I've got isn't actually directed negatively towards management or anyone on staff. My complaint is directed towards my fellow " professional" drivers when you're parked in a RESERVE parking spot but have not paid for that parking spot when asked to move to allow the paying customer to park be "professional " and move now sometimes management is at fault because ultimately their parking policy isn't enforced

What a dump. Coffee area doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a year. They are renovating both rooms but the whole place should be tore down. Come on Warren buffet fix r up!!

What do you really say about a gas station? The pumps work, they have snacks and the most important thing was the restrooms are clean! I would poop here again! Lol

Good selections. Very friendly, they yelled, "Welcome in" or "Welcome to Pilot"

I'm a truck driver, and I have to say that Pilot Travel Centers are one of the best. They are very clean, the staff are friendly and professional. If you have a problem, they will take care of it for you.

The price on gas and fuel are usually amongst the best. They havr pretty much everything you will need. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that they only have fast food restaurants to eat at.

Fantastic truck stop that actually enforces what you would think would be common sense rules such as paid parking and moving out of the way for trucks behind you.

Always a smiling face and even though they are busy, they always treat you like gold. I work overnights next door to the pilot and I receive nothing but excellence! Thank you midnight crew!

Great Experience with Customer Service Representative behind counter, Mrs. Nicole Hammer. She went Above & Beyond to help me with my issues. She saved me almost 2 hours driving time Also helped with my purchases.
She definitely what All Customer Reps should Strive to be.

Thankfully, this manager enforces the policies for Reserved Parking spaces. Pilot Corporation offers reservations for truck drivers (for a fee). But some locations do not enforce the policy. So, all the spaces may be taken, and the driver that made reservations is just out of luck!

So, if the stores aren't going to participate in the program, then you don't actually have a program. Thanks again to this Pilot store for doing the right thing.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by several Pilot associates welcoming me into their store. It is always so nice to feel welcomed when you go into a place of business. We used the bathroom facilities and they were very clean and well kept. I was most excited about the coffee and creamer options because that was the main reason I went in! The coffee was fresh and delicious. All the associates and manager were very kind and helpful. I have visited many Pilot travel centers this summer and hands down this has been the best store I have visited. Thank you for making my trip even better!!
