Employees Cindy and Danielle were a great help while we had the semi in the shop for repairs. They helped with extra towels for shower. They find items in the store told us of good restaurants within walking distance. They are great.

Restroom passed the clean test! saw a cute fairy girl checking me out while shopping too! Check her out and see if you can find her naughty detail!

This place is great! They have a fan in the men's room with vehicle air fresheners attached.. absolutely genius!! Kathy and Josh went above and beyond for me and all the customers in the store tonight. Give them both a raise please💯

My family and I stopped here on our seven hour drive back from vacation to get a bite to eat and use the restrooms. They had a good selection of snacks and food. The main thing though is that the bathrooms were actually clean!!!!!!!!!!! So, please stop here if you plan on using the bathroom. It was the first clean and good smelling bathroom I've ever seen at a gas station.

Stopped in to fill-up before hitting the road south-bound. Staff was super friendly. Shower/restroom was very clean. Great snack and beverage selection. Even grabbed a couple gifts for my friends!

Went here to shower and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the night time staff! I was picking out a black and mild and the gentlemen working was very knowledgeable and pleasant!! Since I was showering at a travel center, I didn’t have very high expectations, but they definitely went above and beyond!! I will definitely be back here!

There are two Pilots at this exit and both are totally awesome!! This for the smaller of the two. The weekend crew of two siblings, sisters who were quite friendly and helpful. The two were a true delight.

As for the larger one watch out for the little guys down the street. Their parking may suck but they make up for it with personality😉!

We used the pilot app to help fill up our motorhome with diesel in the truck Lanes. We were able to get an 8 cent discount with the app! There were plenty of wipers to clean the front window. The gas filled quickly as expected for truck pumps. The area around the gas pumps was clean and not unpleasant to walk around.

the late-night help should be paid a lot more money they keep the store immaculate they're very friendly and upbeat the middle of the night pleasure to go there. The same lady with a big curly dark hair is work there for years and years so nice such a pleasure really sets a good example on how to be thankful just to have a job.

Gas at a great price, be sure to become a member. Membership saves you $.03 a gallon and is free. If you are a commercial driver you save even more and receive points to spend inside the store. They carry fresh coffee, all kinds of drinks and snacks. And have clean restrooms!

Very kind staff. And a very busy truck stop. So be careful when walking around. We had a load cancel on us, so we where stuck waiting. When we got there all the regular spots where taken. So we asked the manager if we could park in a reserve spot since there was hardly any taken. She asked if we where staying the night, at the time we weren't sure, so she said, "tell ya what, you can park there till the lot starts filling up, and when there are only a handful of spots, we either leave or pay for the spot. We agreed, and we ended up staying the night. Fyi, this place gives you a receipt with a number on it, if you dont hang it in your window, or take a spot without paying, they will knock on your door and ask for it, and if you dont have it, they will ask you to leave or tow you.

I love pilot, my favorite truck stop. Especially if it's a new one. They have everything and gas is normally cheapest around. I'm not a trucker but I have even used there showers after a long camping trip before driving home or something like that. For $14 it's a great shower. Cheap fountain sodas that are always fresh tasting which is a huge plus in my book because I dont drink alot of soda so when I do I want it to be good.

I was driving down route 75 on the way to Tampa. I had masscara running down my face, my hair was a mess, and I had just spilled an ice coffee all over my new dress. I looked terrible and felt even worse... That is until I started talking to Ramses. Walking into a truck stop, which are typically known for their 'get in and get out' attitude, to my surprise my I left happier than I had been all week.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a "how are you?" I started breaking down, he stopped cleaning the grills and ran to grab a wash cloth for the tears and showed me where the bathroom was so I could wash my face and clean myself up. When I got out he told me he had just made all new batches of coffee and it might help to keep up that late at night. We talked and joked and laughed while he finished cleaning and for a few minutes I forgot how terrible my day had been up to that point.

A++ customer service and I hope this finds you, maybe I'll see you the next time I stop by.

Like all Pilots, this store is a great place to stop when traveling. The gas is quality. The price of gas is comparable to other gas stations. They have good coffee and a wide selection of snacks. They have other useful products as well.

The staff is great I'm handicapped in a wheelchair they are always happy to help me out with pumping my gas and always offer me a coffee or a drink they have a great selection in the store also have Western Union and other money services don't know anything about the trucking side of it but they stay busy so I assume let the showers must be clean

Clean rest rooms and friendly staff. Stop here every time I'm traveling through this area. Tony at Mesa CB is great and knows his stuff! He's at the same place, but located in the rear of the truck stop.

Pilot Travel Centers always have the best prices for fuel on the Interstates. They also have friendly employees with a smile and "how ya doung" on their lips! You can find almost any necessity for the road there and a lots stuff you never knew that you needed. Lol! The bathrooms are usually clean and stocked and the employees appreciate it when you let them know when they are not. One of my top rest break n fuel stops when traveling the Interstates. Highly recommended!!!

Pilot and Flying J is always my go-to place to stop while traveling. Friendly service cheap prices especially on fuel and showers and even the showers aren't that expensive. And they rarely rush you in the shower. They Supply everything but your soap. Oh and your toothbrush and toothpaste. We were even allowed do take showers together my wife and I didn't need to pay for two showers just one we just use the same shower just took us a little longer. Love's is a whole lot harder to deal with. My advice stick with pilot and Flying J get a pilot reward card and use it every time you make a purchase it all goes to free showers and other things.
