You might need a reservation on the weekends. We sat outside because we didn't have one. The pizza is very good. They have wine and beer.

This is a great taco bell in the villages! They got my online order right, which is rare for other locations. While I was waiting, I noticed they worked together as a team. THIS is my location from now on. The bad reviews I left previously were NOT for this location: they were for the location on Highway 44.

I consistently eat here on my way home from the gym around 8. Night crew is awesome!

I have stopped 2 days in a row at about 1030. I ordered the same, 5 soft tacos. The continuity is excellent. Both days, was greeted by friendliness. The young man at the window knew the security company I work for. We discussed the company a bit while I was waiting. He was very nice as the young lady the morning before. Great prices in hard times and great customer service.

Took my grandsons here. Very nice staff. They were efficient and accurate in their service. The food was very tasty. It us an affordable meal. Everything was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this restaurant.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Just went through the drive thru with my geriatric dog. They offered her an ice water AND gave her a pup sample of steak. She drooled the whole way home and lost her mind over the steak. That was so kind of them! Also, my food was very tasty. :)

Ordered dinner through the App, pulled up to the speaker, and gave my name. I pulled around and received my orderly efficiently. My dinner was the BEST I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. My quesadilla actually tasted authentic and my taco was made with care and all the toppings requested! This is the first time I’ve ever received a meal from any Taco Bell that was of a “made to order from authentic Mexican restaurant” grade. Loved it. Thank you!

Love the service and getting to know the employee's as a regular. Any situation can be made a positive with a little bit of kindness and a couple of jokes after a long day. Food has always been hot and made correctly when recieved, and if any issue occurs they're amazing at helping to solve them. Keep up the great work ya'll!

It’s a new design and fast service right across from The Villages and a golf course!

Much improved since my last visit. Staff have been trained. My order was ready in a few minutes and it was correct. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Customers were coming in getting served and enjoying their food. Staff were polite and repeated my order to be sure it was correct!! Someone has worked hard and it shows at this location. Good Job!!

Was at the new Taco Bell @Trailwinds & was the lunch hour so needless to say they were busy not to mention being in TV. Monday, Feb23rd, Went to drive-thru & the girl working the window, taking orders was awesome!
Drive-thru extremely backed up, drive-thru customers were brutal on her that day, taking sweet time ordering like they don't know what they want & ordering 2 to 3 separate orders, changing up orders after completion, they were brutal on her that day and she held it together beautifully & kept the pace going as best as anyone could of and still smiled! God bless you girl, Wish I had got her name because she deserves some praise & recognition & that $15 an hour under that pressure! Food was good too.

The person taking our order was very pleasant and informative. Our food was exactly what we ordered. They were very busy with mostly drive up orders, but their orderly system had indoor orders done quickly.

I've never experienced this level of customer service at any taco bell in the past. The Manager, "Glenn" is so kind and quick to help customers. He sets a really pleasant atmosphere.

First of all, they have cherry Pepsi! That made my day! The real reason for the review is for the staff to get recognized. Glen the MOD was friendly, funny, professional to customers and his employees. I wish all places had a boss like him!

I’ve never been inside, but I have used the drive through! Never had a problem with the customer service or food I receive. :)

Always hot & fresh food and the orders are always accurate! So refreshing for fast food in Florida! The staff at the drive thru are always super nice and tentative to your orders! I love this Taco Bell! 💓🌮
