Jacob was brilliant, 100% better than the experience we had at the lady lake store on US 441. To say he was alone because of staff shortage he helped many customers at the same time and did a brilliant job of keeping it together and the customers happy including myself and my husband. Thank you. We will use this as our main store from now on.

I had a great experience with Patrick at that Verizon store. He made you feel comfortable And not stupid and we even scheduled a second appointment so that he can do a quick Run through of my new device because I was having some trouble understanding how to navigate everything. He also let me know about the Tech coach app that was put on my phone so that if I had any further questions I could also reach out to them! Thank u so much for your help Patrick.

I had the best experience in a cellular store when I went to get a price on the IPhone 12. Jose Jimenez was the most efficient individual I have dealt with in a cellular store. His explanation was concise and to the point. He made sure I understood the changes before going to the next item. Excellent experience

Jeffrey, asst. manager, was extremely helpful with my phone issue. He was also very patient as I decided to upgrade to an IPhone 13. Jeffrey set up everything for me, remaining in the store after his shift ended to ensure my complete satisfaction.

I came in to transfer from AT&T to Verizon.
He made the transfer seemingly without any issues.

I had to wait until the next day in order for AT&T
to unlock my phone. Jose was very nice to call me the next day and inquire about the status of
the phone unlock. It was done and I came into the Verizon store and Jose completed the phone transfer.

My experience today was absolutely amazing with Patrick. It’s amazing how a simple trip to Verizon can completely make your day. We’ve also dealt with Jose as well and he was phenomenal. These two guys are truly the best and nothing but an asset to your company.

Phillip was fabulous: patient, competent, and a great communicator. He interacted respectfully and helpfully to me as a senior citizen who needed detailed explanations on Verizon procedures, options, costs, and how to use my new phone. Appreciate him very much.

We just spent 1 hour with Jose from Verizon on Hwy 44 in Wildwood. We purchased 2 new phones and accessories. This was the most seemless pleasant experience we have ever had with phone upgrades. We always dreaded going through this process but Jose was very calm, patient, answered all our questions and we walked out with fully functional phones. He did a great job!

I was greeted by Bree, who helped me order a new screen protector for my ipad and looked at my account so i could make some decisions about changing some services on my account.

There was another personable young man working there, i didn't get his name, who answered some questions i had about new phones. It was a pleasant experience, when i usually dread going to phone stores.
