I love this place, they deliver and everything. They are professional and extremely hard-working. Additionally, their delivery drivers are polite and courteous.

It is always a wonderful experience. I always bring in my niece inside with my to pick-up my prescriptions and everyone is so nice. They always say hi to her and it is so great. She loves to go with me to 'the medicine store' as she calls it. It's always clean and tidy.

The store is tidy and easy to navigate. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but I've seen much worse. I'm glad they had a public restroom!

Super friendly staff that recognizes us as soon as we walk in. They have text ready alerts (sign up) to let you know when your meds are ready and auto-fill (sign up) so you don't need to call in your refills. Open 24 hours. Sometimes gets busy (mainly around 5-6) but they work hard to get you out of there asap. They seem to really know answers to your questions, and if not, they immediately look them up for you.

I talk To a pharmacist by the name of Nick I had questions about the shot and about the pill and he took the time to explain every detail to me and I am very grateful for him thank you Nick I appreciate you ,you stay safe you help me a lot to make a decision that I was confused on God bless you.if you have questions call and ask for him he cares 🙏🏽

Yesterday, I bought a rather expensive new touch less thermometer (Covid, Thanksgiving, etc.). After presenting it to my wife, she told me she tried everything and it just wouldn't work. We did Thanksgiving without it.

Today, I spoke with Kellen, the store manager. I was ready for a battle, but no... he handled it perfectly- "These new ones just came in. If they're no good, we'll pull them from the shelves."

Then, together, we opened a new box, installed the batteries and experienced the same problem.

He gave me the ever-so-slightly more expensive touch-less thermometer and showed me how it worked. And sent me away with no paperwork ("Don't worry. I'll handle it.").

Had a great experience getting my covid booster shot at this Kinney location. Everybody was very friendly and the process was quick!

Gave it 5 stars because it’s open later than any other pharmacy in the area (to my knowledge) so it’s really handy if I get out of work late and need a pharmacy in a pinch.

Central NY take on box store pharmacy. This location was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Large selection of product available and prices are very competitive.

Everyone is courteous and professional. A well managed business. Been a customer for years. Excellent service.

Check out their kids toy aisle. There's a company in Pennsylvania making some of the old classics: marbles, jacks, pickup sticks. All are less than $10 each.

This Kinney is open 24 hours! That's really good for our area. Staff is very helpful and friendly!
