Just posted a pic of red on my Kayak caught two months ago after a guy in his mid 20's recommended penn battle 3 5000 for dock fishing in the area. Have caught plenty of mangrove snapper as well thanks for everything. Will be coming soon to get my daiwa bg 3500 gift lined up soon.

Wow! This store is absolutely incredible. Reef & Reel has everything one could need for fishing or outdoor adventures. It’s clean and organized as well.

Our new favorite fishing store! My son and I needed some tackle for our fishing trip last weekend and I always dread going to Walmart for anything so we decided to stop in the Reef and Reel. I was impressed by the stores selection and I'm stoked it's close to home! Very friendly service! This will be my new go to for fishing gear!

It was my husbands and nephews birthday. I heard so much about the new fishing and tackle shop, so I thought that would be a great place to check out. I was not disappointed!! I don’t know much about fishing and tackle, but I know my husband and nephew, and with the knowledgeable and (patient 😊) staff, I was able to purchase exactly what they liked. One more birthday out of the way. (They loved the gifts!). I told them where I went and told them they could get me a gift certificate for my birthday next month. They have a great line of clothing and I have my eye on a few outfits.

Wonderful bait shop. Clean and very well organized. They have a wide selection of lures and jigs. It was a fun stop with my family for some fishing gear.

Love the shirt, very soft and lightweight. Even better is the customer service. Had to exchange for a different size, and had a response to my email within hours. Replacement arrived today, all happened within one week. Thank you, Reef and Reel!

Ordered the wrong size the first time. Emailed support, Kevin was awesome! Was able to exchange at no extra cost! Love the shirts! Will be a return customer.

My order came promptly but there was an issue with one of the items. I emailed the service department just to see if I could get it resolved and Kevin reached out to me on the weekend and got it taken care of. The quality is very high but in a time where customer service is a lost art, this transaction has made me a customer for life.

I ordered a handful of shirts, which when they arrived I found them to be high quality and I can hardly wait till the weather gets nicer to use them while fishing. This review pertains to the customer service provided by Mark Kovel, Reef and Reel's E-commerce Manager. I had some shipping issues that arose, not uncommon for the day. Upon reaching out to Mark he responded readily within the day with an effort to look into the issue. Within 24 hours the matter was resolved and the items were shipped. Other placed orders with other companies at the same time, remain unfulfilled months later. During a time of supply chain issues and strains on the workforce, I found Mark's responsiveness and speedy assistance to be well above the standard for customer service. I will say that I am a customer for life, or as long as I can fit in the gear (being a bigger guy it can be a challenge, lol). Reef and Reel, you have a customer focused manager that stands out!

My family had a wonderful experience at the new Reef and Reel store in St Pete. Great selection of apparel and fishing supplies for our fishing excursion. Very helpful and friendly staff made the visit worth time. I would recommend this store to anyone with fishing needs or apparel needs. I will definitely come back every time I’m in St Pete. I recently purchased a shirt and fishing reel at Reef & Reel on line. I noticed an issue with the shipping and raised it to their customer support team. I got a very fast response from Kevin Sampl who is the GM of Operations! He resolved the issue (which was actually USPS's mistake) and I got my order a few days later. Kevin and his team really know how to serve their valued customers.

Love Reef & Reel! Have such comfy apparel for the whole family, so much fishing gear to choose from and super helpful staff! We love the monthly events too! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing shop with a wide variety of on the water products for the fisherman or weekend boater. Apparel is well designed and made to last. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A must stop shop for locals and those visiting the island. Bravo.

Went in today and had a great experience and forgot the young man’s name but he helped us out and even offered some cool tips on having a fun time trying fishing again ,we will be back .
