Walmart Supercenter

First time visiting this location (the Pleasant Hill location is the closet to my house), and it is by far the best Walmart I have visited since I moved to Duluth. First and foremost, the staff was not rude like most Walmarts I have visited here, and the shelves were fully stocked and presentable. Overall it is what I expected from a Walmart. The locations in Duluth and Norcross needs to take some lessons from this location.

Ms. BJ in the auto care department did a fantastic job! Not only did she greet me when I walked in the door with a wonderful attitude. But she was polite and professional when checking me out as well. It’s people like her that make you want to come back. Recommending her for a promotion Walmart!

Pick up was really simple . Order was ready person was polite and asked me my name to verify what I ordered. A good experience overall . Will do it again

I had to leave a comment because this morning I had the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart. Employees I’ve encountered at other Walmarts have not been the most pleasant or helpful. But today I met a young man named Melvin, a team lead working the floor this morning. This young man gave exceptional service, went above and beyond to assist me and was very friendly and helpful. He actually greeted and asked me if I needed assistance which is rare these days. Just wanted to let Walmart know that he is a true example of a wonderful employee and he is appreciated…

This Walmart has great customer service, especially in the auto department. VJ who was the manager over the department was so friendly and helpful. She showed us personally where the item we were looking for was, and the personally checked us out. She made the experience wonderful. We definitely recommend this Walmart and if you need help, she's the one to ask for! Thanks VJ!

I am between two seperate Walmarts, and I must admit that they are both exceptional. The staff, when you see them, are very helpful. I have had a chance to deal with management for an issue and they made it a non-issue. The store is clean, the selection of cloths is always up to date, and the fresh food from the kitchen it excellent. I would recommend this Walmart.

I tend to frequent WalMart a lot. I live in the radius of the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd., Collins Hill Road, and Scenic Hwy locations, therefore, I am in either of them, depending on what's going on during my day. Each location is convenient and I always find what I need. Aside from inflation that increased food prices everywhere, I recommend WalMart for your shopping needs. I've used the curbside pick-up services at Lawrenceville-Suawnee and Scenic Hwy and was pleased. I get my nails and feet done at the Scenic Hwy location, at Regal Nail, great staff, I recommend Vincent at Regal Nails.

Ran into Walmart for Christmas stocking stuff for candy was a madhouse all the registers were occupied but still managed to get out in a decent amount of time. Thank you Walmart

I got lost then found again. My only issue was that I did a pickup order and most of my items they said were in stock got canceled. But other than that great big walmart

The store was really clean. The line moved out pretty quick too.

Walmart to me is like taking a little chunky girl ( me) into a candy store and telling her to sample anything she wants.. Its AWESOME!!

This Walmart consistently keeps items in stock that I'm looking for.

I went to the Lawrenceville Walmart location looking for a new mountain bike. I had been researching different bikes online for a couple weeks, but it had to be less than my $300 budget and have the features I was looking for, which was a challenge because most were well over $300 plus cost of shipping. I found a brand new 2020 model Schwinn Aluma Comp mountain bike for $224. With suspension and my favorite part, front and rear disc brakes! Compared to $495 or more from a couple different major online market places.

Cannot beat the price; also with a 90 day full refund warranty it gives me time to make sure the bike is not defective and to make sure I like it overall. If I want to return it I don't have to ship it anywhere. I can take it back in person and skip the return hassle associated with online returns.

So after going to three different places around town I thought why not see if my local Walmart had a nice mountain bike. Which is why I think this location deserves 5 stars. For having superb bikes in stock that I can test in person before buying and a great price.

I went there looking for cat food , i found exactly the food that my cat loves!!.And some others items that i needed

I love Carla the People Lead here. She's very passionate about her job and cares for her employess.

Big and spacious and enough product on shelf ans fast checkout.

Was visiting the automotive service center for a new battery in my car. Fast efficient service. Got what I needed quickly and so a fair price!
Update November 2023: visited another local Walmart today. This is definitely one of the cleaner well kept units around. Found what I was looking for with plenty of stock on hand. Nice place to cruise around and just shop without an agenda. Nice place.

They have everything a person need from clothing, appliances, housewares, bedding, automotive, pharmacy, groceries.

I'm not sure how long this particular pick up employee has been working at this location but he needs a raise! It's either Aspel or Asbel. Either way, he is the most polite and well mannered employee I've had at Walmart pick up. So sweet and so helpful. Very pleased with my pick up experience!

I live in this Walmart I’m always here for something great Walmart I really love the nice men clothing collections Walmart has rolled out for this year they have some great looking peace’s I was able to grab for those great Walmart low price points got a lot of compliments on the peace’s i choose and people where surprised when I told them Walmart is where I got this 😱…..
