I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was. The service from the entire staff was by far the best I have received from any dealership I've ever been to. It was also incredibly clean and just felt very welcoming.

Our salesman was Antonio Hernandez and man was he awesome!! Not only informative, but he showed genuine interest in our needs. It's because of Antonio's genuine kindness and concern with ensuring we left with exactly what we needed that we ended up driving off the lot with two vehicles.

Mason was on top of making sure that our experience was top notch as well. He made sure that we were taken care of every chance he had and it really took our buying experience to the next level.

Austin was our help in Finance and not only was he respectable and quick, but he was able to answer any questions and ensure any of our concerns were handled with great care and professionalism.

We were refered by Stewart and Chris and the dealership did not disappoint. By far my best car buying experience. As long as we live in the area and are in need of a new vehicle there's no where else I will go. Thank you so much!

It was easy getting some difficult repairs done that my regular mechanic couldn’t figure out. They got my vehicle in, did a full inspection and communicated other issues I wasn’t aware of. They also fixed a recall on the air bag and a seat belt that I wasn’t aware was malfunctioning. It was easy to review suggested repairs and accept or decline without interrupting my work day because they sent them, along with photos, in one easy link. Car was done within a couple of days!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and the service exceeded my expectations. The team, especially Marvin, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. See this guy on the left? That’s the go to guy in sales. His name is Scott and what turned out to be a casual conversation turned into a great sale. He never pressured me once into buying a car and he didn’t sound like he was trying to fill a quota. He and Gil in service are excellent and an asset to Gwinnett Place.

I went in today for service (Nicolas in Service is amazing) and walked out with a new car. Today I worked with.Joon in sales, and he was absolutely amazing. He was very open and honest and transparent, which I appreciated. He found a car that I truly liked. He was patient and answered every question that both my husband and I had. And then I worked with Jake in finance, and he was just as patient as Joon. He got my monthly car note down to a number that was comfortable for me and even got my money back for the service on my original car that I had just paid for. This was an awesome experience! Taylor Taylor Taylor IS THE BESSSSTT EEVVEEER…. This is the second time going to him and getting a car and it’s ALWAYS been whats best for the customer and not his self. He always does his best to make sure you walk out with a car and happy with your purchase all while making you laugh and comfortable during the process. I brought my Nissan Rogue in for some repair work to be done that was diagnosed in June at my last checkup. It was for major undercarriage work on the car, and I am so grateful to the Gwinnett Place Nissan Maintenance Team for their professionalism and excellence in the work they do to keep our cars safe on the road. I purchased my Rogue from Gwinnett Nissan and I only allow them to handle my car. I am extremely pleased and will continue to bring my Rogue to them. The Management/Sales Team members are all very wonderful with the customers and keep us well informed and updated on the work and progress while we wait. A real life saver is the complimentary Food Truck when you have a long wait!

I need to share another positive review. Its wonderful to know Gwinnett Place Nissan believes in continuing the relationship after you drive off with your new car. I reached out today because constantly receiving text messages and emails stating I need to purchase extended warranty. Thankfully Taylor in Sales answered the phone and listened to my concerns. He confirmed already have extended warranty. This is just another example of exceptional service you can only find at Gwinnett Place Nissan.

Went to Nissan at Gwinnett Place because I was interested in test driving the Rogue. Met Taylor G!! He is the best ant what he does. I met him and he explained everything to me from the color to functions of the vehicle to the financing. Got to know about me to so he could help with choosing the right vehicle. Just making sure that I would be comfortable about my experience without any judgment!!!

My first experience with Gwinnett Place was horrible. I came in 2021 to purchase a new vehicle. And, when I didn't accept the terms the sales person was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Recently, I had no choice to go to your service department. I'm glad I did. Micheal was so kind and helpful. He made sure I was not overcharged and that I understood my vehicle services. He, along with Nickolas helped me get my car serviced properly.

Also, as I was waiting on my vehicle a nice Sales man checked with service department on my status. It was close to 7pm.😊 He checked without me asking.

Sadly, I do not remember his name. But, when I decide to get a new Nissan. I will look for him to do business.

This was the last dealership I ended up going to during my vehicle-buying journey. The previous dealerships I went to did not feel relaxed and felt like they had to make a sale. Adam Murphy was very friendly, very relaxed, and was honest with us throughout the process. I have a question that my friends and I ask to see how the salesperson responds, and Adam passed the test. He was very transparent throughout the whole process of purchasing my new 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X and I felt very relaxed and on the same page as him. Everyone involved with the process worked to make sure everything was done right for me and to me. The other brand dealerships could take a page out of Gwinnett Place Nissan's professionalism and comfort. Adam is a great sales consultant and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle, as he truly is there for the customer.
