Bought a house that had 2 septic tanks both with major issues that seller never informed us. David was our tech from Rooter Plus, who was more than knowledgeable. He explained to me step by step what the issue was as well as gave me knowledge that I didn’t think I need. Even though this was a big project and spent a lot of money. Dominick and his associate were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time, gave a good explanation of the scope of work, an accurate estimate and gave helpful advice on how to care for our septic system. While the quote over the phone was a lot lower than the final price-the final price was still less than what others quoted. We plan on using them again in the future. Fantastic service!

Kobe was an outstanding worker and professional. He walked us through our issues (and potential issues) before he started work based on opening the ground and seeing the problem. He worked methodically and fixed the leak. I would highly recommend him and his firm.

This gentleman worked in the POURING rain without stopping to ensure the job was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Robert, Norville, & Glen have been outstanding! Going above and beyond over a holiday weekend until 3 am to address a broken water main and have left the site prestine. We will call them again for any issues moving forward.

Patrick Lambert was amazing! Throughout the whole time, he was very understanding and ensured the customer understood the issue. He was very thorough with his work, and he was able to repair the water heater issue the same day. This was our first time using this service, and his communication skills were great and he overall seems like a genuine person. We will use this service again.

Robert W. showed up on short notice and was able to quickly start diagnosing a major leak that was destroying my ceiling from an unknown leak. Got right to work and helped provide solutions and next steps. He was also very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Kris and his helper were great. In and out within an hour. Knowledgeable and friendly. He even was able to save my gardenia bush which was located on top of the tank. Great guy. 10/10

Contacted these guys and received super fast service from David and Kenzi. These two were FANTASTIC! They took the time to educate me about my septic system, to include self help tips, maintenance and service scheduling, and recommended additional cost saving services. These two provided SUPERIOR customer service, were super knowledgeable and super nice! Had and awesome experience and Highly recommend them!
