Great selection and availability. They tend to have good deals all year round. The best part is the customer service. The reps were friendly and helpful. They spoke when we walked in and were real helpful in finding the right sizes.

Easy as could be. I had an exchange from an online purchase. I had everything I needed & went straight to the counter as I entered the store. The sales lady immediately noticed me, received the unwanted shoes & directed me to the women's department, specifically the boots. I found what I wanted easily and was back at the counter within 15 minutes. The checkout process was easy and the sales lady was helpful and knowledgeable, going a step above to help me locate my rewards account so I could get my purchase points. I will definitely be headed back for my next pair of shoes. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience!

Such a helpful (and available!) staff. The merchandise is well-laid out and displayed, parking is VERY convenient and today was a 'buy one, get half off on 2d'. My first time there but definitely not the last.

The only place I buy my shoes and have for years. Make sure to become a member and get the extra discounts. The manager at Trussville is the best and staff is very helpful and friendly. You get name brand shoes at online prices and on most are buy one get 50% off of second pair.

Love their buy one get one 1/2 off sale because my foot surgeon recommends New Balance and it helps with the cost and they have a nice selection.
