JC Penney was having an excellent sale so I stopped in. Our local store in my hometown is closed, so when I was passing through and decided to stop. I was not disappointed. The store was clean and neat. The attendants were helpful as well as encouraging that all CDC guidelines are being followed for shoppers' safety. I purchased things for my mom, sons, and myself. The men's section had little to offer but I would definitely visit again.

Well stocked, prices are a little higher than expected in clothing department. Found what I went for easily and was on sale! Also Donna at the jewelry department was especially helpful. A pleasant shopping experience.

I had a problem with an online order. The cashier was very supportive but didn’t have the authority to handle the situation. The store manager explained to corporate the problem and the case was solved. The best
Customer Service is always given at the Trussville Pinnacle location.

I always ordered online with JCP. Never had an issue with my online orders or returning anything that wasn't suited to my expectations. You guys have the best reward program even for those who does not carry a JCP credit card. I have been a customer before I was born. JCP is part of my family.

Thanks for always making your merchandise affordable especially to those of us who have children. Those reward points really come in handy when the school season begins.

I ordered tank tops, then bought a gold watch. I was treated so kindly by all the associates I came into contact with. Also, the sale on the watch was great! But the quality is what I keep going back for.

Pleasant trip to Penney's at Trussville. Found everything we wanted there, so no need to shop elsewhere. Very nice sales assistant made helpful suggestions which aided us in making our selections. Sales prices were very affordable. Quick checkout. Highly recommend this store. Will return very soon for more items.

Great prices, nearly everything is on constant sale. Great selection as always. Friendly staff. The last great department store around.

I hope they make it thru COVID and the online economy. It's still nice to be able to go browse in person for what you want and find things you like that you didn't even know they had.

Well, I got a beautiful, white gold and diamond ring, which originally cost over a thousand, but a 50% off sale, I just happened to catch, also there was another discount because it being the last ring of that kind, I don't spend money like that on a ring ever, but I know, for me to keep something that nice, actually safe, clean, etc....needed a lifetime warranty and so I got a Lifetime warranty and a gorgeous ring for $540 total. I just got it back from taking it to have it's first clean, also there was a stone missing, which the replaced.

Decent prices like any other JC Penny. The store was very neat and organized. The clerks and attendants were very helpful and assisted me and my family in saving money on our purchases as well. Great service overall.

Shoutout to Takesia, she was really helpful and was fantastic in getting us what we needed.

I love this store. The staff is super helpful. One of the sales folks saw me searching aimlessly and was able to find my size in the back. I can't compliment this store enough-

We needed to exchange a birthday gift for the correct size with out a receipt. Sweet lady was kind, quick and made sure our exchange was even so that we would need to pay extra.

I always find great sales on nice fashion items and home goods. The salon has been great when we used it. This is still one of my favorite stores to shop.

I love shopping at JCPenney this time of year to save a lot of money on some great brands. I usually stock up on lounge wear, work out gear, and other casual clothes. I got over 120.00 worth of tops and bottoms for 30.00! Most were brands like, A.N.A, Nike, Lee Jean's, Levi Strauss, and JCP's brand gear. I had a very warm and helpful sales associate/cashier that helped me with my purchases. I definitely think it's a great idea for everyone to see for themselves what they have to offer!

Id like to thank Lisa the cashier, although I was on a strict budget. She made my wife's 50th birthday present look like id spent a thousand dollars. Its the small things that count, I will be visting this location in the future.

The store is bright and clean, sales staff are friendly. Even though we didn't find what we were looking for we found a few things we didn't know we wanted. Overall a good trip
