Taylor and pharmacy staff are always so friendly. Crestwood is my preferred pharmacy.

I love the neighborhood friendly atmosphere, they carry local items in the store, and also it is surrounded by other local businesses. The layout has an old pharmacy feel with the soda fountain and products they offer for sale.

They are always quick with refills and send me a text to let me know when my items are ready. This is a huge help since I sometimes take my dog to the park for a little walk. Overall, always a positive experience and I have been going there for about 2 years.

I was visiting a store in the same shopping center and saw “Soda Fountain” on the window... and I’m thinking “not like Andy Griffith” 🤣. I went two days in a row, I had a great time so I decided to take the kids the next day. The staff was extremely nice and the ice cream was great. The first day I had a coffee milkshake and the next a lemon milkshake. Everybody else went with coke floats and I’m told they were good.

Taylor and his crew at Crestwood are the absolute best! Everyone is super nice and they get your medicines fast! Soda fountain and ice cream are delicious!

Such wonderful and kind people. The store is always super clean and well stocked. Thankful they are here! They make the neighborhood better.

The absolute best. I never thought I wanted to go to a small independent pharmacy, but I gave them a chance a few years ago, and I love the service and the people, and everything about them, and never looked back. They really work for you. And don't worry, even though they are small, they still have an app that you can use to manage your prescriptions and communicate. A+ 10/10, great fit for Crestwood (and for me) in every conceivable way. Thanks, guys!

Our family gets all our prescriptions filled here. They always get our orders correct and have them ready on time. The owners are friendly and remember us. They have really good ice cream at the soda fountain.

We love Crestwood Pharmacy! We really appreciated when Taylor offered to deliver a prescription for my toddler to our home in Crestwood after closing hours. Crestwood Pharmacy is hands down the most professional and friendly pharmacy in Birmingham. I've lived in many places in the U. S. and Canada and this is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Everyone at Crestwood is helpful and accommodating. A million thanks to Crestwood Pharmacy for taking care of all of my prescriptions!

Taylor is the best pharmacist! He delivers meds when needed and every time we walk in the door he comes out from behind the counter to ask if he can help find something! The ice cream is incredible and so is the service! I HIGHLY recommend Crestwood Pharmacy!

Last week I had a toddler with an ear infection and a husband on a 24hr shift at a local fire station. After a quick urgent care visit, I had my daughter's prescription sent to Crestwood. Her antibiotics were delivered to our doorstep later that day--we didn't even have to go out again! So thankful for this neighborhood gem; Taylor and crew are awesome.

Best pharmacy ever! The entire staff is so professional and personable! Keep up with your whole family so always ready to help with your next problem. Efficient and on top of it. Call within minutes of leaving dr appt to confirm prescription and it’s always ready in a timely order. If you choose to go pick up (instead of using their FREE DELIVERY) there is never a long wait! So much better than Walgreens or cvs in EVERY WAY! If you live in crestwood, crestline, Avondale, etc and don’t use them you are missing out!

Crestwood pharmacy is the perfect blend of convenience, warmth and nostalgia. I love calling in and actually knowing my pharmacist. The team here is incredible and it helps you can grab the best cold brew milkshake in town while you wait.

I was visiting my friend in Birmingham for the weekend and I forgot my medication from home. Thinking it was a long shot, my friend took me to see Taylor at Crestwood and he was so nice and accommodating. He called my home pharmacist and doctor to confirm my prescription and then gave me two 2 emergency refill pills to last me through the weekend. He didn't even make me pay for them! I was blown away by his kindness and dedication to making sure I had what I needed. I even got a coffee flavored cream soda while I waiting and he had the pills ready in 5 minutes. IF I LIVED IN BIRMINGHAM I WOULD SWITCH ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS OVER TO HIM IMMEDIATELY it was such a wonderful experience. :) So, stop what you are doing, and make him your pharmacist because you are lucky to have Crestwood in your neighborhood.

The best pharmacy and staff around, incredible ice cream too. We were thrilled when Crestwood Pharmacy opened in our neighborhood and the have taken great care of us ever since.

Taylor is amazing! Customer service is A++ , and the quality of EVERY product is phenomenal! I’ve never experienced a place like this! Madeline behind the pharmacy was also super helpful even though I wasn’t picking up any medications. I will be transferring all prescriptions to this location and this has now become my #1 favorite place to go! Thanks again guys!

My out-of-town mother became worryingly ill with a severe case of bronchitis and we brought her here to Birmingham to recuperate; before leaving North Alabama, we tried to get her prescription for a special cough syrup filled at two of the big chains and no one could do it. The pros at Crestwood Pharmacy prove once again that a local neighborhood shop is often the best choice for medication availability, price ($20 less in this case) and personal service.

The best pharmacy ever, they have the friendliest staff. They make me feel like I been going there for years ,as soon as I walk threw the door they greet me with a smile and know me by my name. They also have the best shakes ever. I couldn't ask for any place better to get my meds and an awesome drink......
