This store is always clean. All the sales associates are always nice and helpful. They speak when I come in. I would like to see the entrance and parking lot cleaned more often. For the most part. I really enjoy going to this location!

The experience was good. The customer service was excellent. The clerk above and beyond to help us. She was fantastic. She was godsend during this time of the pandemic and being on the front line. This was at the Family dollar on 1st Avenue across from Regions Bank in Birmingham Alabama.

The store manager is AWESOME she works her butt of everyday. She is very knowledgeable on where everything goes and also very helpful. I was in and out. They always know how to push sales!! BY FAR MY FAVORITE FAMILY DOLLAR❗❗

I frequently visit this location. I'm not sure of the managers name or if she's even a manager. Lol she has great customer service and she's always busy doing something. She stay on top of things!
