They have reorganized/remodeled the store. Definitely feels more spacious, and a better layout to find what you're looking for. The new staff were courteous and helpful and not overbearing with upsells. The employees genuinely seem like they want you as a satisfied customer and not another number to push product onto.

Great manager and staff. Would like to point out that the store manager is extremely knowledgeable, great personality, and I would poach him in a second if I could. GameStop this is the kind of manager you give regions to. I almost always buy what Nathan suggests. He doesn't make you feel like just another face in the crowd.

The staff here was inviting and perscipacious,I only went here to purchase a specific item that wasn't available. The employee was so personable and knowledgeable of the gaming industry that I left spending almost $200 that I didn't anticipate spending. These are the employees that make your business successful. So often we complain about poor customer service,I feel there is a need to show some appreciation to the hard workers that go out of there way to make our visit comforting.

Love love LOVE this store. Great staff who knows what they're selling. They can answer pretty much ANY question you ask. Great products. Memberships there actually work to your advantage compared to most places.

They treat everyone in the store like family. I stop by sometimes even when I don’t have anything in mind to buy, but just to give the employees feedback on the games I’ve already purchased and things I’m looking forward to! They are truly my friends!

Very clean and organized. Friendly and helpful employees This store has a big selection of less-popular used titles too, so it's easy to find that crazy PS3 JRPG you're looking for. Or maybe that's just me.

I have bought a lot of things from this place over the years and have always had excellent service but particularly today I think Anothy Barnes Should have a raise he is an excellent funny and nice hard worker!

This gamestop is literally one of the best gamestops i've ever been to. The help is always amazing whenever i need it, both Anthony, and Josh we're amazing because they were completely able to hold a conversation and were willing to as well! I will always come back to this gamestop.

Quick and easy. Membership is free. Used games and console stuff reasonably priced. Employees nice and not overly pushy

Returned a disc we thought didnt work and paid $30 for new disc and it doesnt work either wasted $30 and the disc wasn't even the problem. Still dont know what the problem is. Gonna call tomorrow

Helpful game advisors. Selection really depends on how popular the title is. Though they do offer in store pickup at other locations if they don't have it

Like the business model, shop there often, wish they paid better on trades or sold used ones cheaper. To much profit in my opinion.
