Shoe Dept.

There's one lady that works here and I'm ashamed to say I do not know her name. She always has a smile on her face as she welcomes you in, she knows what type of shoe I'm looking for and what may work (I'm an amputee, so I sometimes have trouble finding shoes that work with both my feet). She is kind and helpful and the store is always clean when I go in to shop. If they don't have a shoe there she will call and try to find it for you. I really just wrote this bc she's a great person and I'm always happy to see her face when I go in. I just hope she knows she's making a difference, as I'm sure I'm not the only customer she has been so kind to at every visit.
Even though this is a smaller version of their store, they have quite a bit of variety and wide width shoes. They make it easier to get on my prosthetic.
Anyway, I wrote this bc her customer service skills are fantastic.

Large selection of affordable shoes. Staff was top notch very polite and professional. The store looked neat and properly maintained with a clean bathroom.

I went into the store with mind mush.2 grandsons trying run around. bbin the store Monica asked if she could help me find something. I told her I needed a pair white crock size 9. She went to the back while I corraledmy grandkids.she came back with a size 10 and also called other stores np 9. Monica went and to get a latter for boots my grandsons wanted
O told that this is the best customer service I had in months

Associates here were great and the checkout process was very positive. They carry a wide array of sizes which is appreciated! (I just wish they offered Keds, I can't hardly find them anywhere except online.)

Most of the time they have the shoes we are looking for, in the sizes we need and the staff is friendly. Usually in and out in 30 mins or less.
