Gentlemen in printing expedited my order to fit my office deadlines. Very friendly customer service and was ready when he said it would be. Pick up was quick and easy.

Quick and fast service. I would definitely rather come here than go to FedEx. FedEx charges waaaay too much just to print a paper. Try this place.

The lines were long in customer service. There was another line for checkout that grew long as well but an employee that had been stocking merchandise opened an additional checkout line to get customers out and then went to customer service to help there. Mind you, this particular employee was the same one that asked customers if they needed help with anything while they shopped. I thought that was awesome. I rarely see it done even when businesses clearly have the manpower to open more lines for service. This made a difference with me and switching locations to shop at now just for this reason!

Worker was very helpful, and helped me find the items I was looking for.

I use office stores all over Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, especially for printing needs and this one, hands down, is my favorite! I have NEVER come in to get something printed or copied to find all the equipment "out of service". The staff are always helpful and calm. Even when 15 people are standing at the desk and all the self-service stations are demanding paper or other attention, the staff are calm, cool and polite. Thank you for being the most impressively customer friendly store in the Birmingham area (IMO) for printing service needs!

Only place in town to get photos digitized easily and quickly. Very polite and helpful. Not only was this done very quickly but I was able to buy a thumb drive in the store on which to store my photos. Very pleased. I will be back!

Updated- wanted to share an update and sing praises to the store manager for quickly reaching out to me to try and address my concerns! He was very attentive to what I had remarked on and gets a personal 5star rating for his genuine desire to rectify my bad experience at the store!!

Mr. Devoisier is the G.O.A.T. If you go and look up the word for a perfect associate. You should see his picture of him. He was so helpful and walked me through the process. He was very respectful and kind. He made it soooooooo easy. The company needs more people like him.

Amazing service! I had a poster get sent to the wrong store several hours away and they quickly fixed the issue and took great care of me! They probably made it even better! Thank you for making this stressful issue go away so easily!

Office Depot in Irondale is very bright Airy and clean the customer service is superb everyone is so helpful the only things is I sometimes like to do t h e self copying and one of the copying machine is always broken but other than that I will still give the store at a "A+" rating and the employees "A+" also.

Store is clean, neat, well lighted, and the signs for each department/area are easily visible. The areas are well planned with logical product grouping and the store always seems to be well supplied.

I am an engineer and land surveyor. The Office Depot store in Eastwood has been my source of office supplies and copying services since 2015, i7 years, and my experience has been very favorable.

The team provided great service and excellent customer service. Love this location. Always very helpful.
