Ross Dress for Less

Today was the first time I ever went to this Ross dress for less it was clean and organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful

And they have all kinds of stuff not just clothes. They have toys for the kids and household items and shoes just so many things

I will definitely be going back it was a great experience.

Saw a Ross haul by utuber cece passion is my passion and found the shirt and coat she had on .great prices and friendly service .first time shopper

Been here here 3 times and only walked out empty handed once because I forgot my wallet at home. Decent selection of house hold stuff though the decor aisle was fairly barren. Cashiers have always been quick and courteous so no long line complaints. Just moved into a much bigger place and this Ross has been great for helping outfit the extra space. Definitely recommend this store. Plus with 5 Below and Walmart in the same shopping center its pretty much a one stop and get everything you need shopping center.

Found some stylish pieces that I had been looking for in Tennessee with no avail. Will definitely patron again. Prices are great.

I showed up right before the store closed, and, even though they must have been BEYOND ready to leave, the staff was still kind enough to give me a few extra minutes to finish up my speed-shopping.

Great store and super employees

One of the most organized and manageable Ross stores I've ever been in to date. Gentleman spoke right as we walked in because the Cato store and Ashley Stewart store no one spoke when we walked in. Very easy to navigate through the store, and very easy to find items that you were looking for. Our cashier was very personable.

When I spend my money. I can over look the shoes on the floor instead of the shoe rack.

I can also over look the clothes rack almost bare.

But poor customer service gets no pass from me....

Although the customers should have shown more respect then to completing run threw this store and leave such a large & absolute cleaning challenge for this Ross team.

The Great customer service and pleasant attitude of the young ladies working tonight made my shopping experience wonderful. I give you all 5 more stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great priced and quality.

Went to Ross to look for a specific gift I had seen earlier in the week. The recipient was with us so trying to be discreet I put the item in a shopping bag where she could not see what I was buying. I told the cashier what was going on and she could not have been more helpful. She scanned and removed the security tag without taking it out and then put the bag behind the counter to transfer it to the plastic bag which she doubled so it couldn't be seen. The cashier went out of her way to accommodate and help keep my surprise gift a surprise. All the staff in this location are very nice and helpful. Keeps us coming back.

I wish I knew the employee's name but there was a lady with a shorter hair and glasses eye black female she was marking down the clothing in the clearance section and this lady is by far the best employee that I have ever came across I do not know her name but I want management to know that this woman did more for me then any other employee I have ever dealt with at this location she was just so friendly so outgoing and so helpful

They have nice merchandise at reasonable prices. Last night I bought a nice pair of shoes to go with something that I am buying.

Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. I like this location. Located in Eastwood off of Montclair Road and Oporto Madrid Way in Birmingham Alabama.

I found shoes that were on website I wanted but did not think I would see I was so pleased to get them at a very good price🥳♥

For it being the holiday season this store was really well organized and clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be shopping here more often.

Who doesn't love Ross? I always find great deals here & the employees are always so helpful.

Always clean with great finds the purse section is the best an they hVe it by color so you can find what you are looking g for easy I wish the men's sections was better they really only have work out clothes for men's like sweat other that 5he it's the best ones so far

I love this store I went in for one item and came out with eight it is so exciting to go in Ross's you find what you want and more.

I bought great items that you usually would find in mega malls for a fourth of the price. The item were very inexpensive. Thanks Ross, will be doing more shopping here in the future.
