Store is roomy and clean, easy to find and ask employee for what you're looking for unless you're just looking... for the deal or coupon item as you're looking. I try to remember how store is laid out so I know where I'm going to get what I came for other wise I end up spending $500 every time it seems. It's hard to get just 1 item and go, unless the wife is with me 🤫

New store, very friendly staff walking around asking if we were finding everything, good selection of tools as usual, no checkout lines (four registers open on the weekend), and more. Definitely my new choice Harbor Freight location.

What a well organized store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Valerie was so kind to my little one and made her feel so special. They are well stocked and everything is kept in such pristine condition. They are the model student of Harbor Freight to live up to.

I don't know why I'm such a kid in a candy store at this place! The people that work there are really friendly and cool. The aisles are clean and stocked. Toys for big kids!

The store has great prices for great items ! Kevin’s integrity had me awestruck ! Although I was misinformed about a promo, he was able to honor the items on sale once they were back in stock. He truly is an above and beyond employee. =)

If you need cheap Chinese tools, this is your spot. Keep in mind everything has a 90 day limited warranty besides some of the Pittsburgh hand tools. Those have a lifetime warranty but I wouldn’t want to use them professionally. I’d stick with the overpriced Snap On tools if you’re a professional automobile technician. This location is convenient and they keep me supplied with zip ties and two part epoxy.

Always have just what I'm looking for and at a price that can't be beat. Haven't been disappointed with a purchase yet!

Harbor Freight has a little bit of everything. If you're looking for cheap tools, there are multiple options. They also have quality tools that are comparable to the top brands at 60% of the price. Their membership program is great as well, and you can score good deals if you wait for a holiday (I buy most things around Black Friday).

Pretty cheap compared to Lowes or Home Depot. I'm not a professional, just a do it yourself guy. So I'm not stressing super high quality tools.

This is store is way more organized compared to the store on Capital Blvd, staff is very helpful and checking out is a breeze, plenty of parking and store is very clean

The store manager is a really nice lady and helped me with various purchases. I had to return a quite a few impulse purchases a few days back because I realized that I won't be using them in the near future. I felt really bad about returning so many items at a time. The store manager was very patient and friendly with me and made sure I got my money back. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

I'm planning on doing some car projects soon and I'd definitely get my tools here as much as possible. Highly recommended!!!
