Food Lion

This is my local Food Lion and everyone that works here is always so friendly! I came in early this morning for a birthday cake and no one was in the bakery yet to write a name on the cake. I asked one of the employees up front and she took the time to do it herself! I appreciate all your help. Thank you all so much!

Well maintained even it hasn't been given the recent face-lift the other food lions have been getting lately. Service, fast checkout was really good.

There's a man in there, a colored guy I do not know his name but I didn't have enough money to pay for my food and he came and purchased the rest of it for me. He is an amazing soul and as soon as I realize what his name is I plan on putting him on Deck. You do not meet people like that, especially when he's working and take his debit card to pay for my food. God bless that man

Our favorite grocery store. They have almost everything and they are very convenient.

One of the best Food Lions in the Area. Absolutely worth the small extra drive from from the Crosslink location and hands down better than Pool rd. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The shelves are stocked well and the store is clean. Highly recommended!

Store was clean, they had what I needed, they are short staff for what I can see and hear which puts a toll on the rest of the employees in my opinion. Today was not a bad day no lines no problem. I been here before and the lines have been long as well not having everything I wanted which stinks, but coming from a person who has work in the retail industry I can imagine how they feel and I understand. They do what they can.

I enjoy food lion. They have fresh fruits and veggies, good meats, and good prices. I always use my food lion card and save money. The people that work there are always helpful, good people skills.

I can't say it's my favorite grocery chain to shop at however today i saw an employee helping a disabled elderly woman. He was following her around picking things from the shelves that she wanted and casually talking with her like she was another human being. I really appreciated that moment. Whether it was a personal decision to do this or a company policy, it was certainly nice to see. Good job sir and kudos to you.

Nice store kept up really well considering how old the strip mall is. Cashier was terrific, friendly, funny, fast and correct.

Jacob at the Western Union counter went above and beyond to help me. This happen in the beginning on the month of June but only now I got a chance to review my experience at this location.

This food Lion is awesome. We love shopping there. The meat selection is great. We try to avoid Walmart for groceries, as it takes way to long & not much of selection, not to mention the slow checkers & rude workers. Our shopping experience here has always been pleasant & stress free. This is one place I'll miss when we go back to WI

The store is laid out very smartly as they have prepared for the Coronavirus. They have one way isles and at least 4' spacing between customers. Best voice of all is there's shelves are stocked. Good news for us, the paper products are back.

Dominique, I really hope I'm spelling her name right.....she's a cashier there. She's very much a delight very nice and polite. I told her I would start coming into Foodlion store and have been there 4 times since. It's very important for me to be treated with kindness and compassion. We sure need it. So go in and see how special she is.

In general, I like this Food Lion. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is well priced (use the shop and earn rewards!), and the location is convenient. I just wish they had better variety of fresh spices and greens.

Enjoyed my shopping experience this weekend. Great customer service. Clean store, good selection. Had a cashier that went above and beyond with service, and was a pleasure to meet. Thank you Dereka. Made my day.
