Kroger

My favorite Kroger place! It is easy to shop around. It is clean, and the staffs are friendly! Especially the bakery staffs, they thoroughly listen to what my soon to be 7 years old likes, and suggests the color and sprinkle for my son’s birthday cupcakes! The colors are perfect, and my son loves them! The Dino decor is purchased at other stores then Kroger because they happen not have Dino cake rings but they do other selections.

Becky from bakery is amazing! She was very professional and extremely helpful! I received a beautiful cake and messed it up. I took it back and Becky fixed it for me at no cost. I asked her if I can pay or electronically tip her, and she said “no thank you, just send me more customers” with a big smile on her face! It shows that she loves what she does, and if you need a beautiful cake, ask for Becky!

Wasn't the best experience today. The fresh meat selection looked pitiful. The cuts were sloppy looking. The produce was also hit and miss. Rotten potatoes the bags, and the green beans were too "bendy". This store has really lost its appeal over the last 2 years, sad to say.
The only reason I shopped was I had to pick up a prescription. I think I'm gonna switch pharmacies now since there's no reason to shop there anymore.

Great store, great friendly staff. Everyone super helpful. Produce and meat always look good. Pharmacy is top notch.

I been to this Krogers 3 or 4 times. The staff has been very nice all the times. Shelves are full. All in all I had a great shopping experience

Well stocked and very clean. Excellent selection. Walked by 3 employees, and nobody spoke.

I shopped yesterday, 9/13/23, and really enjoyed my checkout experience!! The checker was great and friendly! I didn’t get her name 🙁.
Also, when walking to my car a sacker was in the parking lot to get the buggies and I witnessed him picking up trash, even small pieces of paper!
Great examples for the other employees!

Anoosh at checkout was on point! I went shopping with family on 10/19/23 and Anoosh was extremely friendly, personable, and accommodating. He quickly jumped onto a register to check us out as we stood at self checkout with a cart full of items. We didn't ask directly, but he heard us dreading scanning a full cart ourselves. I truly appreciated this because I've worked in the service and hospitality industry for years. To recognize customer needs and to accommodate proactively are valuable attributes. It's not so common to see this level of service at any store I frequently visit. We're definitely shopping at this Kroger location again. Thanks Anoosh, you're an asset to your team!

My first time to visit a Kroger grocery after moving to the area. The store was very clean. The cashier was very friendly & helped me by getting me there reward card so I can there sale price on certain sale items.

They had good a variety to choice from on more there items.

The prices where very reasonable, this store reminds me a lot of a H‑E‑B or very similar to one.

Only section that needs work is that I wish they carry more no grain dog foods ..

Love this store and the variety! It's got the little sushi service inside the store and a good selection of items. The staff are usually pretty helpful. One of the few Krogers that's actually remained open until 1am, which is great because I could usually come right after getting off work around 11:30pm and grab some groceries.

I just wanted to give Anoosh a shout out for being so helpful the other day when I was there! He was super kind and helped me with a smile! He made my day! Thank you for your kindness, Anoosh!

I used the curbside grocery service for the first time. I ordered everything online and drove into the designated parking spot and they were there about 30 seconds after I checked in on the app...you can also call a number available on a sign at the parking spot. I will definitely use again. Just wish they had curbside for prescriptions.

I just stopped to get my beverage of choice. In and out in no time.

We just moved to this area so this is the first time shopping at Kroger. Was a nice upkept store and had a good selection. At self checkout we met Elida I believe her name was and she was so very kind and let us know about the rewards and saved us a few bucks. Will for sure be back.

I have to say we always get sushi there. The people are great and always answer my questions. We like this store even though it's a little drive for us. The bakery helped us find bagels my husband actually liked. He's from NY and he wants that at home taste. We like this store and its staff.

This store has always been great. Great customer service. But I have to brag on the Bakery Department. They deserve it! I called yesterday with a request and Lyn was so helpful - both on the phone and again when I went to pick up. It was Valentines Day!! The store was busy and I'm sure she had her hands full but she took time with me on the phone and in person. Her customer service is just outstanding. Thank you, Lyn!

This is a very good Kroger store and I have had some nightmare experiences at others. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The front end is attended to and there are always enough staff and they are nice. The only thing I dislike about this store is the customers; some of them are a bit low class. Every time I am in this store, some loud woman is on her phone disturbing my shopping nirvana. Other than that, this is a very good place to shop.
