I like this location because it's usually very easy to get in and out of the parking lot quickly, and the store stays fairly well stocked, but there are a higher than average number of workers here who struggle with English and basic math.

Don't participate in rewards special offers

Cons:

Today there were 4 out of 12 gas pumps working. It takes some driving around to find a functional one.

And the woman behind the cash register should not interact with other humans. Maybe she could be good at cooking or cleaning where she has no human interaction.

Pros:

The ATM nearly always works.

There is a good selection of food and drinks.

Gas price is one of the lowest around if you can find a working gas pump. It can take some hunting for the working gas pump.

The guy behind the cash register is good.

2nd bad experience at this 7eleven. Maybe it's a thing with franchises to just lower the standards of the original , to mediocre to non ex. istent customer service. I asked to buy an scratch off no one in the store but me and the clerk... Apparently there is a time schedule when you can buy a scratch off... he told me that he was closed. It was funny because it's a 24hr 7-Eleven, and it was only 7:pm on a Thursday..... Maybe next time I'll go inside and see if the store employees allow me to buy gas maybe they also have a time schedule

Today I made a small purchase. I used my debit card, I had funds available and used the correct pin. I also saw the machine say declined. The gentleman laughed saying I must have goofed my pin. I ran my card again, it said approved. I was charged twice for the transaction. I looked at my account because the transaction made me uncomfortable. I keep calling the location and no one answers.

Staff needs retraining on the mobile app. Threatening customers even when provided proof of purchase on the app (that is Timestamped mind you) is unacceptable.

They have don't honor their specials, they water down their chili, multiple drinks were flat. 7/11 needs to revoke their franchise license

MEAN! RUDE! One of the worst experiences with someone in customer service I have ever had this man has no business being in customer service. I was lost, my phone battery had died and I needed a new charger I got zero empathy zero help and even yelled at............... I do not and will not ever understand why people like this insist on being in positions of customer service whenever they don't need to be they could be all by themselves in a warehouse sweeping the floor where they don't have to deal with no one

Worst experience ever.

It looks like everyone who works here don't want to be working.
No customer service whatsoever.
I don't expect much at a gas station, but at least when you see a customer at the counter, drop your phone and attend the customer instead of ignoring for at least 30 seconds without saying anything.
