Great deals on shoes bogo 50% off.....Usually grab 2 pair and a good price. Wish they did price match. Would definitely get more business

I came here shopping after work and I was greeted by a young man who worked here and was extremely helpful he went over and beyond in my opinion and that’s my reason for 5 star. He greeted me asked me if I needed help which I did. Found my right size and even gave me another to try on to fight the right fit. He was extremely genuine and it’s hard to find that with younger generations these days. I didn’t see his name but I have his employee # which I will post bc I want management to know how wonderful it feels to get great customer service these days! I would definitely be back to shop here !

I love my new Crocs. I had four or five pair of the ones in with the fur in them. But now it's starting to get warm so now I have a pair without the fur. This is my second pair without the fur and I absolutely love to color. The rack room in white oak does not have a lot variety of sizes. I wear an eight and I didn't see a lot of eights. But I do recommend them. The Crocs were $44.

I needed to get some new boots for work and found a great pair. I took advantage of the bogo half off sale and got a very comfortable pair of slip on New Balance. Boots are tough and will take a little while to break in but the slip ons are immediately comfortable.

I came in looking hiking shoes. I needed a pair from a top shelf before making my final purchase and someone was quick to help. They also kept checking with me trying on different pairs. When I checked out I gave them 2 phone numbers to see if I was on their rewards program, I was not. The cashier did not offer to sign me up.

Great selection need more wide options in store.

Although it's basically find and try for yourself, staff is willing and quick to help. I found a style I liked, but not my size. The manager trainee found my size st another store, from where they will be shipped straight to me. Happy customer!

This location has great customer service. Everytime I’ve been salesperson has checked everything I’ve asked about. One salesman even was shopping along with me for my grandson who wasn’t with me. I told him the colors he may like and he looked as hard as I did. Great employees.

They have a wide selection of shoes, mostly sneakers. I found just what I was looking for in my size and a nice color. Happy with my purchase here!

Large selection with affordable prices

Super helpful staff! I had an exchange to make and they didn't have my size, so Matthew offered to order them form the website and ship them to me. That is some great customer service, as I didn't even have to ask for any solutions to my problem.

I've always had great experiences at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, while not pushy. The selection is great even compared to other Rack Room locations that I've been to.

A bit over priced.. great customer service. And if you don't want to wait for the mail man when your shoe besides to fall apart good place to get shoes

Convenient Location in Garner very easy to access & this store is adequately starch with various sizes.

I hate buying shoes, I have wide feet and there is literally not a single shoe I can wear at most discount shoe stores. I walked out of here with 2 pairs of shoes that I am very happy about still a month later.

Here to support our Seniors for Christmas and there were some amazing deals.
