Your guy in the golf section on Saturday the 16th around 11am is killing it. Enthusiastic knowledgeable and recommending Dick’s own products such as Maxfli. Everything you want in a manager.

Jerry in the shoe department was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the shoe selection and helped us pick out a nice pair of brooks glycerine. He placed our order online and was able to price match. 10/10 recommend.

That cashier that assisted me today, Madelyn, was awesome! She was very friendly and kind. I exchanged a shirt and she made the process seamless and easy. She is a great ambassador for this location!

Kristen's customer service was immediately and friendly. She was the only floor associated that provided assistance. She was knowledgeable about the brands in sports, sales history, and so professional. Tell her I said, Thank you bunches and I brought the Panthers Jersey she assisted me with in the store.

The associates were knowledgeable about the availability of items we requested. Each person was friendly and efficient. When multiple people asked for assistance they were able to prioritize and multitask. I'm happy with my purchases. The cashier helped us find coupons. Great experience.

We had an amazing experience here. We went in to look at basketball goals for our 4.5 year old. The one that we loved was not in stock at the store. The had one similar but a big difference in pricing. They gave us that basketball goal for the price of the one we loved.

We also ended up getting him sized and purchased a bat, glove and ball in preparation for playing Tee ball in the spring. The associates were so helpful!

We went in looking for new kayaks. Dylan and Kelly were super helpful offering their help and experience. Very professional service and they made sure all of our needs were met including finding exactly what we wanted at another Dick's store locally. Their professionalism and customer service are models to be emulated! Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I met with Tim the golf pro when I was getting my two tennis rackets which I was having restrung. Tim was an absolute pleasure dealing with. When my rackets were damaged getting restrung, he quickly went into action to refund my entire order even though I told him I was fine paying for the one racket that turned out okay. Quality guy who goes above and beyond for the clients.

Went in looking for a new set of Golf Irons. A young man named Walker really went above and beyond in helping me get into the right set of clubs. He talked with me about what I was looking for, and set me up in the bay that they have available. But he even went as far as helping me as a beginner, with my swing form. Really incredible customer service and overall great experience!! Thanks Walker.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I’ve had to make 2 returns in the last few weeks. Both times were unique situations. The staff was helpful, patient, and super polite. I don’t frequent dick’s often but this is definitely a great location. Can’t say enough good things.

Cavin’s customer service was overly exceptional. He was very on top of things with every thing i needed!

Did an online order with store pickup. Find the kiosk up at the front of the store near the registers, scan your bar code from your email receipt and they bring it right up! I will definitely be doing this again next year!

Matt in the hunting section was really helpful. Got a better price on a trail camera for my nephew's Christmas present than I had found a Cabalas. Thank you for all your help

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the gentleman's blame that grlped new with finding the right tennis shoes, but I appreciated how happy he was.

I went to look at golf clubs and the guy who works there was Very helpful and answered all my questions and said he would assist me with fitting me with new clubs. Friendly and helpful!
