Hands down, by far the best vape shop I've been to in San Antonio. The owner, Carmen, is awesome and extremely helpful. Her and her knowledgeable staff are always ready to answer questions, especially for the new comers. No other vape store can say the same. This is my new home for my vape and kratom needs. Highly recommend

Went in after a bad day at work and turned it all around just because Carmen's attitude and vibes. She was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Place is super big and well organized and a lot of different product and stock to pick from. Definitely going to visit again.

Update to my review:
Every time I go in and Carmen is there I instantly feel better. She is so knowledgeable about all the product. They also just got a new display for the center of the shop and it's amazing! The amount of new product every time I come in is so worth it. Absolutely love coming here, I don't go anywhere else now. I will even take the long way home to visit this shop because their prices are great and the store is clean and well lit. The other girl (I believe her name is Stephanie) is so nice as well, she always chats with me and makes me feel better about my purchases and is also knowledgeable. I don't go anywhere else anymore I always recommend this shop and Carmen to my friends.

This is by far the BEST smoke shop I’ve ever been to with the friendliest staff. I’ve become a bit of a regular over the last few months and seeing Carmen when I walk in and being greeted by all her sweetness and genuine attitude is why I keep coming back! Every employee is so knowledgeable on the products they sell and have been able to answer any question I have plus give killer recommendations. I legitimately cannot recommend them enough, I’ve gotten all my friends to make inhale xhale their go-to smoke shop and they’ve all loved it as much as I do. The employees do an amazing job of building connections with their customers and taking care of regulars. I absolutely love them:)

Carmen was seriously the SWEETEST lady and the most helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection in better and bigger than a lot of shops that are similar in size, so many choices!! The vibes in the shop are so positive and high energy, they have gained a new loyal customer, can’t recommend them enough!

Still my favorite shop to stop at in town and Carmen is the best.

Update: Went in again tonight after visiting supernova and I don't know what I was thinking even stopping at supernova. You just can't beat this shops prices and like always Carmen is the best. Knowledgeable and gives you her honest opinion. I never walk out feeling like I got swindled; which is exactly how it felt in the previous shop. I don't think I'll ever go to another shop if I don't have to. If I'm in SA this is the only shop I'll take my business to. Can't recommend them enough

I’ve been here a few times and have always liked it but yesterday I went in and was blown away by Carmen’s customer service. She was so so helpful and sweet, it was so nice talking to her! Now my new favorite spot

The BEST vape shop in SA, and it’s honestly not even close. Their selection is #1, their customer service is impeccable, Mimi, Stephanie, the owner, everyone! How many vape shops do you know the names of the people that work there???

It may seem trivial, but in this day and age with customer service and a flooded vape market, I drive past 4 other vape shops just to go to them. Friendly tip, join the rewards program they have. They may appear to charge more at first glance, but it’s made up for with their amazing rewards program. They open the cartridges for you, this is done to properly prime certain vapes that need professional handling.

Just try them out one time, and you’ll see what I’m talking about, I literally could keep going on and on about them. They personally ordered my favorite vape that’s been out of stock, Flum Pebble, but NO ONE had it anywhere. They could have easily said “sorry we can’t get it”, but instead have worked tirelessly to find it and get it for me.

Drive past Hazel Sky (they’re a joke), go past SuperNova, and go to Inhale & Xhale, trust me, you’ll become a Raving Fan like I am!!

The staff is so friendly. Carmen is a doll. She spent time with me to find out what exactly I wanted and together we whittled it down to just the right product. I highly recommend this establishment.
