Brittney and Deana were amazing!
I came in looking for a recliner for my new bundle of joys nursery!
I told them exactly what I was looking for and within 30 minutes I was in and out with my new purchase! It was only Deana’s first day and she handled her first customer/and first time on the floor like a pro, she was extremely attentive to my needs & was amazing at communicating everything that was going on. I highly recommend going to see them for your future purchases!

This was my first time purchasing new furniture and they made this first experience the best possible it wasn’t just one person helping me. There was two other women at the desk that were very helpful as well and I forgot their names but everyone worked together to help me have the best experience possible and I am forever Grateful for that. I will be back to purchase more furniture 😊

I like the convenience of being able to shop for my furniture needs in my own hometown. I had been looking for a sectional for months and months at different places. I even stopped at the Ashley store in Greenville Tx 4 or 5 times but didn't see one that suited me until November 2023. They had exactly what I wanted. I purchased the sectional along with new office furniture for my husband. We are very satisfied with our purchase. A couple of days ago I went back and bought a second matching bookshelf for my husband's office. The furniture is very well made and beautiful. Jake, my salesman, is awesome, friendly, very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Brittany Bishop is the sales person to ask for. She made sure to help me get the couch that was perfect for our family. Her manager Jordan was great as well ad made our purchase a breeze. The customer service here at Ashley is amazing!

We had a great experience at Ashley in Greenville. We went in looking for a very specific piece of furniture that was good for everyone to use in the house. Jessie Cunningham helped us and after 3 trips into Ashley trying to decide for sure what we wanted we ended up getting 2 pieces of furniture. Jessie helped us all 3 times we went in and was never pushy or anything other than very helpful. Will be back for our next piece of furniture!

I was reading through the reviews from the other furniture stores around and they were not great. I went to Ashley’s Furniture and once i walked in , i was greeted and felt welcomed. Mary was very helpful and was open to answering any question or concerns I had. I had a great experience for my first time purchasing furniture for my new place ☺

Love the couch and recliner we bought. Great sales staff (Jordan) -- just a stress free, fun shopping experience. Sales price was too good to pass up. Delivery was smooth and courteous.

We came into Ashley furniture looking for a dresser. Marissa was very professional and helpful. We told her we were in a budget and she found the perfect dresser for us at a reasonable price. I will be going back to Ashley furniture because of her.

Had such a great experience! Jessie was really patient with us and gave us a lot of options to choose from. We happily took home a sectional we were not sure we could afford but Ashley's was very flexible and Jessie helped work it into our budget.

Went in to just browse and ended up meeting Mary. She showed us everything we were looking for. She was helpful, and put up with my husband’s shenanigans. Every staff member we encountered was so kind. We wil definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade more rooms!

Five star multiple times. Jake was great, both times we visited with him! Cheyenne was awesome as well. She had a quick smile and friendly demeanor.

Brittany was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. She listened to our needs, and worked hard to help us find the right dining chairs. She even let us “check out” a chair to see if it would work well with our existing dining table. Brittany was also very thorough explaining discounts, warranty and payments options, and answering our questions.

We were in and out within an hour & a half! Johnette helped us tremendously and everyone was so nice. We let her know our price range and what we had in mind and got just that!
