Ralph, Ilijah, Kenny and team are all so incredible! The customer service is top-notch, and this is the only location I will go to. They have helped me send packages, print client booklets, flyers, you name it! They also offer notary services which I have used them for as well! Thanks for being such a great resource for my business and personal life for all things mail/ printing/ notarizing / shipping etc! You guys are the best!!!

I am the owner of an e-commerce hot sauce business so I have a lot of packages to send out throughout the week. This store is amazing! All the associates are super friendly, and the Manager Ralph is great. It’s honestly the reason why I switched to just offering UPS shipping options for my business. The service is top-notch!

The staff here make it worth coming back every time. Everyone is so friendly, so helpful with a smile on their face, and it seems genuine. Today, Elijah (not sure if that’s the right spelling) helped me and he was so incredibly nice. I have never had a bad experience here.

This store is amazing! It was really clean and organized. The Amazon self-service return kiosk was pretty neat and convenient too. Ralphy was the most helpful and friendly! He even took the time to explain stamp options for me when I was confused and gave us a wide selection of fun choices. Definitely highly recommend this store!

I have been coming to this UPS for a few years and I only had nothing but great experiences shipping my items here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make shipping easy and efficient. Shout out to Raphael, he is fantastic to work with!!

We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!

This store is AMAZING!!! Especially the employees who work there are the best part. Chelsa is super friendly and so helpful. Kriste is also super helpful and nice and once helped carry 12 big boxes to my car and loaded them for me!! Above and beyond service every time!

This store has the best shipping experience in Austin. Staff is super efficient, friendly, and helpful. Especially Ralph. I use this store to ship hard drives for work and return things to Amazon. Every time it’s a great experience. Keep up the good work UPS!

I love this location, I have been going here for 4 years now. Special shout out to Kristie who has been extremely helpful, she goes above and beyond with her customer service and is always fun to talk with. She is quick and efficient, but not in a way that rushes her customers.

Chelsa is one amazing person with bundle of energy . Every time she greets you with a warm welcome and make sure she goes above and beyond to get the things down with packing shipping and helping with all the necessary info.

I walked in nervously with 10 boxes all going to different places in the US. Kriste helped me to ship them all quickly and accurately. She also made sure to highlight all the necessary information for me to send to customers. Really great service.

Chelsa has great customer service skills. I’ve been there twice while she was working and I was in an out with no problems. I recently moved and I’m happy to know I have a reliable UPS down the road.

This UPS location makes my life so much easier! I often have to pick up wine and the team makes the pick up process quick and painless. I want to give a shout out to Kriste, she helped me get a few things shipped out, she was helpful, kind and made the process pain free, she also saved me from having to run to my car during a crazy summer rainstorm!

Kriste was great! I got super fast service and she was so friendly and made it a nice experience. It’s not typically to crowded here so I like to take packages here for shipping.

Customer service is always great here from shipping, to printing and notary. The team is helpful and friendly. Love the Amazon return self service kiosk - although the team is always ready to help out if something isn't working.

This UPS store is my go to store for everything related to copies, faxes, mail, shipping, etc. And Chelsa is the most knowledgeable employee. She's amazing. I asked her if she was the Manager or the franchisee because she is so on top of everything going on in that store. She greets everyone that walks into that store and has the highest energy level. If you are anywhere near this store location, don't bother going anywhere else. Stop in here and they will take great care of you. Outstanding customer service and support.
