There’s a dude there that greets people. He might be the most positive and happy person on the planet earth. CVS is whatever, but that dude is a gem of a human being. You just don’t see that everyday in NYC. 5 stars for him; 2.5 stars for the beer being locked up.

Wow! In this day and age, I didn’t think you could have even a half decent experience at a pharmacy. The staff at this location proved me wrong. I was greeted with such warmth and attentiveness, and was immediately helped to find what I was looking for. I wish I could remember the greeters name, they were truly the highlight of my day. Plus, they had this cool battery sizing tool! I would go far out of my way to return to this pharmacy!

I can’t speak to the pharmacy but the staff at the front/registers are just so friendly. I don’t know what this CVS does to keep employees happy, or how they are recruiting, but it’s working and I hope they keep it up! Personally I use this CVS for UPS drop off. It’s so easy and lets me avoid the actual UPS around the corner that has limited hours and a constant line.

Had to run in for a couple things a few times. The greeters are extremely kind. Never had trouble finding anything.

Today I went to CVS to purchase OTC items ..The manager Carlos was very attentive and professional ...he helped me and made me feel like a valued customer...every store should have someone like him!

What a wonderful, helpful bunch at the front of the store. Greeted me, smiling, warm, accessible, helpful. WOW! The manager, or assistant manager who then assisted me about my failing to put one of my items in the bag at the self-checkout (didn't realize till hours later that I'd left it behind) could not have been kinder. Reminded me of the way stores used to treat customers with regularity. Keep up the good work guys!

Never thought I would review a freggin CVS…. But ALL the employees there are ridiculously friendly and helpful. Like, it’s unreal - in a good way! They deserve a little shoutout. Rarely is it not a positive experience, if ever

Way better than any other cvs

Even though I have a CVS closer to my own place, I prefer to go to this one because Andy is very welcoming, helpful and kind. He makes sure to keep a great atmosphere for both the customers as well as his fellow co-workers. As soon as you walk into the CVS he greets you with a smile and let's you know you can ask him for help finding anything you need which is great because I never know where anything is due to my own terrible sense of direction.

The first time I came to this CVS I needed to find the pharmacy to pick up some medication and was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by Andy, which I was not expecting because other CVS stores don't really do this especially in New York which is not a place that's traditionally known for its kindness, but Andy's kindness helped me feel like I could ask him for help finding anything and he directed me towards the pharmacy.

After that I keep coming to this CVS because I'm very shy so asking for help in general can be a bit daunting but Andy always makes me and anyone who walks into the store feel welcomed, relaxed and reassured in the fact that I can always ask him for where things are located.

This CVS isn't the one close to my location but it is the most welcoming and best one because Andy is there to make sure everyone feels welcomed and able to find what they're looking for so it's definitely a great store for things you might need but are too shy to ask where they might be! I highly recommend this especially for those visiting New York that might need amenities forgotten but are not used to New York's general roughness and need a bit of kindness along the way.

TLDR: This CVS is the best for everyone, especially shy folks like me because Andy is there making sure everyone feels welcomed and able to find what they're looking for.

The staff here is honestly amazing! I had an issue with a UPS access point package (the shipper's fault, not theirs) and Brandon was kind, helpful, and patient in helping me out. He even remembered me from my visit earlier in the week! Will definitely be making this my go-to in the area.

I came for passport photos. Andy went the extra mile to assist me. He also happened to be the greeter that day. Tons of positive vibe from this guy. Give him a raise!

This CVS store has the best employees I have ever encountered. I’m from CT but when I visited this particular branch I was amazed by how responsive and genuine staff members are. The store is clean and well kept. Managers are very helpful and respectful to customers from what I experienced! Awesome store great location.

When I saw the sign saying a CVS was coming I was so relieved, the one on 87th and Lex has been a bear to deal with in terms of prescriptions, and I’ve always preferred CVS to Duane Reade. This CVS is big, clean and the aisles are big enough that multiple people can easily maneuver without tripping over someone. The staff were very friendly and helpful- I didn’t see what I needed on the shelf so one of the staff used his headset to call down to another staff member downstairs to check if they have it, and they brought it right to me. Efficient and excellent customer service.

Bought the wrong ink. Trying to fix my printer for 2 days. Just Bought the correct ink. The manager unlocked the case and she said Just bring the other ink for a exchange. Unreal. Staple or best buy. Would do that.. GO CVS..
