I got a really good deal on a TV last year during Black Friday and have meant to write a review ever since. It was such a good deal that I was heartbroken when I found a flaw in the panel, because I didn't think they'd have any left at that price. I went to the Central/Park Lane store and the employees handled everything, including scheduling pickup of the flawed TV and delivery of another, new one. Would give the in-store employees and phone rep I spoke with six out of five stars if I could.

This Best Buy was recently totally remodeled, and it is beautiful inside. Absolutely gorgeous. All the products are laid out well, and all the display products are in working order, and all the displays are beautiful.

We had the pleasure of visiting Best Buy and had a pleasant experience. As we were driving up to the building we noticed a few handicapped parking spaces close to the door. As we were walking around the inside of the building there was remodeling going on however we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. Customer service was pretty good and the prices of the new laptop we purchased was very reasonable.

AFTER having to ask 5 ACTUAL Best Buy Employees to simply get a external hard drive , Nathan who works for a different company in the store helped me and was very professional and quick. That is ridiculous.
