The person working was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job at getting us a matching paint color.

Great experience. Carol (interior designer) helped me and she was awesome. Single coat brown was also a nice surprise when I got it home. Definitely won’t buy paint anywhere else.

*You’re 40% off signage sucks. I wouldn’t have known anything was on sale if your staff didn’t tell me.

Had a wonderful experience with the Sherwin Williams store on College Ave. in Normal. I'm trying to get a few projects done before I have surgery, and the store manager was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me choose the best colors and type of paint for the two rooms in my home that need updated paint jobs. One room done, one more to go. I highly recommend this store...the quality of the paint and the expertise of the staff is excellent!

Sandra was the BIGGEST help! Go when she's working. The paint is really good quality and they are so good about helping however they can. I would recommend them to everyone.

Quick friendly service. Color consultant came to my house (for a fee) and helped me pick accent colors for my home . Very satisfied. It got me moving forward with interior decorating. Paint quality is excellent!

My one-on-one time with Sandra Miller-Greenwald was a huge help. She took time to find out what I was interested in and made some great suggestions. I was able to quickly decide on a paint color. Then she helped me pick out all the other supplies I needed (brushes, rollers, etc). Bonus was special tips she suggested for my painting project!

The staff person obviously knew about paint and design. She gave us samples to choose from but gave us guidance as well. She also let us know when a sale was occurring the following week so we could take advantage of the best deal.

This was our first visit to this store. We were greeted immediately and the staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The service was quick and we were very satisfied with our purchase.
