DICK'S Sporting Goods

Lost the plug for a cooler when in Duluth. When I went to purchase a new one they were out but the associate found me a spare and sent me on my way.

I'm a big fan of Andy in the golf shop. I took my golf club in for a few tweaks that another company screwed up, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail that Andy put into my club. I'd venture to say he cared more about my club than I did, which is really saying something. Throughout the whole process, he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and provided great conversation along the way. I live over 2 hours away and was only in Duluth for a short period of time, but if I decide to make adjustments to my other clubs, I would definitely make the drive again purely for Andy's expertise and care.

Very helpful staff. They are very be knowledgeable about the products they sell and they stand behind their products. I needed a heavy hoodie and they helped me find just what I was looking for. Now this store isn't for the feint hearted, their prices on some items are pricey. But if you're looking for quality, you'll get what you pay for. Keep an eye out for their sales and bargains. They're amazing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of sporting goods. I like that you can buy online and return in store if needed.

The store is so big! Kind of expensive but you definitely will find all you need of your favorite sport

This place is nice but the staff have no idea whats going on. I found an item on the website and it said in stock and I asked three workers about it and they all said they did not carry anythinf like that in the store.. I walk about 3 steps past the manager I just talked to and found it on an endcap facing all three registers lol... It was priced differently than on the website but I simply paid the extra 4 bucks not to stand around while they figure out how to change it

Brought a bike in that i bought off the internet, it came with very unskillful directions. After three days of putting my Tricycle together i gave up and brought it in. They where very nice and did a excellent job. Thank you for helping me out guys.

While buying a few clothing items, I didn't have a problem getting a worker right away tolet me in a dressing room.

Bought 2 new raincoats for our trip coming up. I love them!

I wish I had gotten the staff member's name, but at the Duluth, MN location I had a great experience with a super helpful helpful guy able to answer all my questions. Really personable. Thanks for great customer service

My husband wanted a new driver. James helped him find a club that fit him perfectly. Very nice and helpful guy. Appreciate all his help.

I could live in this store. My favorite is finding the sales racks! They also have a decent shoe collection. Staff is always friendly.

I went there looking for a certain item the Staff was really great Pat was a really great help. That's what customer service is all about. Wish they would open the door to the mall though.

Exactly what Dick’s is supposed to be. If you’re shoe shopping at the Mall it’s also not a bad place to stop for athletic shoes

I always go to Dick's with all of my sporting needs. The staff is very friendly and the price isn't overwhelming.
