AT&T Store

The new At&t location is beautiful! It’s in the same shopping center as Home Goods. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!! They helped my with an upgrade and a new phone line, explained the prices very well and did all my data transfers from old phones to new phones! I would recommend going to this location for a worry-free experience!! Great job by them, so they get 5 Stars from me!!

This store is a lot better than the other one. The new staff is friendly & helpful! I would recommend everyone to go visit this new store! Gigi even helped me download an app on my phone. Thank you!’n

I came in the Port Jefferson location for a simple upgrade about a week ago and was met with such kindness and warmth from, I believe her name is, Gigi. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and really catered to my needs as well as being very open about the policies. Will definitely be returning and telling my friends and family about her!

Sha is amazing!!! we went to another location in Patchogue and got scammed…We called Port jefferson and explained our situation and while he didn’t have the phone in stock we wanted. he WENT THE EXTRA MILE , called another location and did all the explaining and did everything he could to make our experience as seamless as possible!!!! Can not say recommend this place very much!!

My husband and I first went to Miller Place at 315pm and were told they were closing early and declined to help us. The guy said the register was closed even though we stated we were there to purchase 2 new phones and despite the store listed as being open until 6pm. So we ended up at Port Jeff Station... 30 min from our house and man was it worth the drive! We were greeted by Sha and he was above and beyond with his customer service. Despite the store being listed as closing at 5pm, he stayed and walked us through everything. We never once felt rushed and didn't even realize it was past 5pm because he never mentioned they had closed! He made us feel welcome and put our comfort and needs above his own! He is old school and cares genuinely about his customers. Delivering superb customer service is why we will be going back to that location just to see Sha! We are so grateful for the genuine kindness and patience! AT&T is lucky to have him !

Ryan provided excellent customer service. He managed to assist in lowering my monthly plan with current offers. He is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions with eye contact! He's honest and pleasant. I highly recommend this store!!!

The customer service at this at&t store is unparalleled by any other store..not just at&t. The best customer service I've experienced in any cell phone store regardless of provider. We went in yesterday to upgrade our phones and they didn't have the phone my wife wanted in stock and knowing we had a busy day today they drove all the way to Huntington so she could have the phone the same day. Both Carlos and Brandon were very helpful and pleasant. I'd highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs

Came into pay my bill, was greeted by sha with a smile, and helped me understand my bill and gave me options on getting a new phone . Will stop by next week when I have more time.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The men that work there are always friendly. And the last time I went there the guy spent over 3 hours helping me and was very patient and got my issues resolved a hundred percent. Everybody that works there is always very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had to post this..if you are not a techie or 70 years old like me, there is nothing more assuring than finding a phone store that works with you to find the right phone for your needs. It was a great experienc”e, all my questions regarding the transition to a new phone were answered patiently and clearly. Than you Sha..Left happy but called him three times after With more questions and he was wonderful! Im sure he’ll be hearing from me again.. with more questions or from my next phone.😊

I stopped in here February 14th 2021. My wife's new Samsung phone was getting stuck in safe mode could not get it out for nothing. I forget the gentleman's name but he took about 10 minutes struggled a little and then got it to work. Very nice customer service.

He was very nice and when your phone doesn't work like that it is a stressful situation LOL I will definitely be back to use these guys

I came to the store with billing and phone issues and Sha was able to answer all of my questions and resolved my issues very quickly. As well as provide me great customer service. He was very professional.

I am incredibly impressed with the knowledge and customer service at this location. The staff was very welcoming. I came in as a walk-in to check out the new iPhones as I was contemplating on upgrading my iPhone. Little did I know I was going to make the switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. Thank you guys!

Carlos and Brendan (I am pretty sure) helped me and my mom because I tried to updated my phone online but now there is way too many iPhone options and I was super confused. The whole experience was very quick and I was helped the second we step foot in the store! Thanks guys!

The manager( Carlos) is very friendly and helpful. There was a big in my phone such that I can't setup my voice mail. He kindly helped me to solve the issue.
