We have been using Awers (red-caviar.com) for many years now, for both salmon roe, better known in the former Soviet Union as "red caviar", and black caviar (or caviar proper), and we are happy to state that we have been always very satisfied with the quality, freshness, assortment, and budget-friendly pricing of their products.
Awers sometimes runs free shipping promotions, which is cost-saving, considering that shipping perishables all across the country from the State of Washington to the East Coast is expensive.

We ordered from Awers Premium Quality Sturgeon Caviar - Ossetra
250 g (8.8 oz.) tin and 100 g (3.5 oz.) tin and Traditional Style Salmon (Red) Caviar 200 g (7 oz.).

100g Ossetra Black caviar was of an exceptional quality, but was enough for 10 sandwiches only. Still, we enjoyed every bit of it! 250g Ossetra had a bit different taste, but was also very good and lasted for many more sandwiches!

250g Red caviar was a very reasonable quality, especially for its price - better than we can buy locally for 45% more.

Also, I definitely appreciated Awers customer service when there was an issue with the delivery on one of the orders. Care for customers is a sign of great business. Please keep in mind that Black Caviar ships overnight, but Red one has a 3-day delivery window.

I have been an Awers online customer for many years now. And to be honest, this is a one of a kind experience, because I have never had any problems with either the quality of their products or the responsiveness of their attitude towards the buyer. They keep a reasonable price for their delicacies, fast delivery and I especially want to note the quality of the packaging. Their perishable food comes to me on the third day, almost like it came out of the refrigerator: cold, without damage. And the freshness of the products does not cause any doubts: the highest quality. I will continue to order from Awers and recommend their services to everyone.

I've been ordering form here a few years now. They have the best deal on caviars and I always get the Sturgeon Ossetra. Delivery is super fast, too!

This company is fantastic. It’s the best price for high end black caviar by far. I have ordered ordered over $2000 worth caviar from them (over 5 orders) and four out of the five times the caviar was sensational. Once the caviar was average (same as a specialty seafood store quality). My last order the caviar was so lightly salted and fresh, the beads were whole and burst in my mouth like little pieces of heaven. Also they ships so quickly! It’s an amazing company that clearly cares deeply about quality and customer satisfaction.

Me and my family loved the product, great taste and best quality!

I have ordered both salmon and black caviar from this place twice. Both times the shipping was quick and the caviar itself was tasty. I frankly could not tell much difference between various versions of red caviar: they all appear similar to me. Maybe I am not a connoisseur. I do know that the caviar is not overly salty (2%v/w salt content minimum required by law, my guess) and it does not taste fishy and metallic like some other products do. This is a high quality product at a reasonable price. I will be buying again. I also recommended my Japanese friends to take a look at this site. Thank you!

I have been ordering their caviar since 2006. The caviar always comes in well-prepared shipping boxes, fresh and delicious. If I had any questions the associate over the phone was always friendly and helpful.

This was my second order of salmon caviar from Awers . This time and before I ordered different products. They are all excellent. The differences in between them are mainly in size off eggs, color and perhaps degree of saltiness but they all taste very good. I highly recommend ! I thought that Chum Salmon caviar was the best although it is somewhat more expensive than others.

I placed this order a few days before Thanksgiving with standard shipping. The Company send me an email that because of the holiday UPS will not make the delivery before Thanksgiving and asked me if I want 2nd Day delivery at a small discounted extra cost. I said yes and the caviar arrived on time to enjoy. This effort by the Company to reach out to me to make sure that I am satisfied, indicates that they care for their customers. I consider that outstanding customer service.

I buy from this store for several years. Excellent high quality products. I normally go for small size caviar for it’s the best for my taste buds. Shipping is a tad expensive but considering that it’s perishable goods, it’s acceptable. In fact, the quality of the shipping container and packing is excellent. Sign up for updates with your email to get occasional promos. Like I got upgraded shipping for my last order. So I highly recommend.

I don't know how many years we have been getting our caviar from these folks but it has been quite a few. It's been a pleasure doing business with them. One time we had an issue with taste and they were happy to quickly resolve the issue to our satisfaction! When we made our next order they even called to be sure we were happy. One issue in so many years and the customer service has been always been incredible. Even when UPS screws up they step in to be sure we are happy. I wish other companies would follow their example. Excellent quality caviar, great prices.
I've been a customer of Awers for a decade and I have never gotten caviar that wasn't top quality. Delivery has always been timely and I am looking forward to my next order

If you are looking for top quality caviar for fair price, that's a place to visit.

They sell caviar (both salmon and sturgeon) in industrially produced tint cans, though the pro tip... Look for plastic containers, that's the freshest with really great taste (you can ask to try).

They produce it themselves, from locally grown fish. Pro - it it always very fresh and of great quality. Contra - they are closed on weekends and their shop does not look fancy (their primary business is to produce and to ship fish and caviar across USA and Canada)
