I was so impressed with this auto parts store. We had a small maintenance issue and stopped to get a battery. The employee (possibly the manager) came right out to test our battery. We bought a new one with a 2 year warranty. We were expecting to have to buy tools as well.. but they were able to loan us some of their personal tools. Both the employees were very helpful and professional. I will find out their names and edit this tomorrow they deserve recognition for their great customer service. I definitely recommend this location.

Super helpful and kind staff. I noticed my taillights were out at 6p on a Saturday, and he helped me out in no time!

I had to go here for a battery on 11-3 around 5pm. I just had to leave a review here because the woman and man who work here are absolutely wonderful! They were super friendly, helpful, and really de-stressed my girlfriend who was worried about being stuck due to our battery going out. Whoever is in charge needs to give these 2 a raise! Thanks so much for being so friendly, this is what makes life long customers. Absolutely wonderful!

I just wanted to thank Amanda and Spyder for helping me purchase windshield wipers for the first time. I also wanted to thank them both for staying 44 minutes past closing to help me install them step by step, but also assessing and solving the reason why my rear windshield wipers weren’t attaching correctly. They both cut their hands on accident in the process doing so. These individuals went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provided excellent service, which isn’t too common now a days. They both promptly deserve a raise (in the equivalents of dollars not cents).

I ordered a unique tractor battery late one day by phone and it was there 8 am the next day, waiting on the counter for me. Quick and easy. Will be back.

Carquest ( Advance ) in Bellevue has been a "Go-to" store for us for over 36 years. The new staff is great! Good personalities all around. If they do not have it they try to find it for you. The quality of the parts is excellent and they stand behind them with a good warranty.

Worker’s were very attentive to my needs and were pleasant to talk to. Good place to get auto parts!

Isiah will have this store running like a fine tuned car in no time. Has a great conversation with him about cars and taking care of them

Always good service at this location. It's a more commerical oriented store so if you need lookups and a pro counter it's going to be a win for you.

My favorite auto parts store. I have always gotten great service and they usually have just what I need for my 1999 Sienna.
