This is probably one of my favorite spots to grab happy hour in Bellevue. They have great special and the atmosphere is great. Great service.

Great wine list and specials throughout the week. They have an all day happy hour on Mondays with $2 beer and wine specials on Tuesday. You can get dishes ranging from steaks to salmon to sandwiches and crab cakes. Pricing isn't too bad. Dishes range from $7-23

Abominably slow and haphazard, though friendly, service. Good wine list. Tip: Penn Cove mussels are spicy, soupy, delicious.
