The young lady who helped me knew exactly where the product I needed was located. It was an open box but she went through it all with me and made sure I was satisfied.
I have had a set in the living room for over a year and love them. This one will go in the bedroom.
She was efficient, friendly and had a sense of humor. She's a credit to the store.

I drive a bus for Microsoft. This place opens early in the morning and I. Stop by and give me some treats. Food is really good. I also have some retired people that I have to buy for now. Can you give it to him when I see him later in the day? Recommend highly

I came in to browse laptops for my mom and was assisted by Dane, who provided great service. After providing her criteria, he showed me a few laptops and explained their features. I also needed some advice with upgrading my own computer, which he took the time to give.

I'm always impressed with how well stocked this Best Buy is and how staff help you when you ask. It's a very huge building that has everything related to tech in it where you can physically look items which is still nice to see compared to online shipping for electronics.

Had such a great shopping experience. My husband and I just got married we decided to upgrade our home entertainment system with some of our gift cards. We got such great help with setting up a sound system with the speakers were gifted. Love love love our new setup!

David in the home theater area was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He helped me come up with a plan to convert my optical input to a 3.5 output. He was also very upfront with how this will probably lead to a decrease in sound quality, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Working with Mykah and the rest of the geek squad to purchase and do a trade-in of my laptop was a very positive experience. They were very patient and helpful, I had to back up my new computer from a external drive, and they let me go through the whole process to make sure all my files were working before finishing my trade-in. 10/10 appreciate their great attitude.

A lovely place with all sort of appliances at competitive prices. The staffs are helpful and willing to help with every question. Beside the manufacturer’s warranty, they’ve also got their form of insurance which I like.
Did I mention they’ve got a big parking lot? Yes they do. It’s a lovely place to get your appliances.

The staff here is very helpful and they have pretty good prices for a big box store. Love to come here and see things in person before I go home and order it on Amazon.

Visited the store recently to buy a gaming laptop for my son on a labor day deal which we saw over internet. The sales person in the store helped us very well and clarified all our queries.
