If one has any question regarding gaming or tech, this is the place you want to go. By far the most informative group of employees I've ever dealt with period. All together, the service is outstanding. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted politely, and asked what I could be helped with. All current sales and promotions we're explained, making me fully aware of all the options and choices I had available to me. Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient without being obnoxious or creating the typical sales push vibe. Even when I was being offered deals, upgrades or add-ons- it never felt cliche or invasive. It just seemed as if I was being provided with more information and options. It was actually done so well, that I need up upgrading my Rewards membership. Not because he gave me a good line of B.S, but because he explained the logic and benefits of upgrading based on my needs. Not once did I feel pressured. All sales persons should be trained to approach they're jobs in this manner. All in all, this particular GameStop is among the best. With the store being so small, high level of product availability and the level of knowledge in their field- it felt more like a boutique, rather than corporate store. Management should be praised and other GameStop's should be up to par with the Selden store. Keep up the good work.

Nice staff when I've visited. Helpful, went out of their way once to clean up something second-hand that I was purchasing. Regional Manager was there at the time and was kind and helpful to customers and staff.

Great staff! I called ahead asking if they had 2 games and they put them on hold for me. One of the friendliest staff around

I think Game stop is a really cool place to buy games. However the games sometimes are not good and have no CDs inside them so before Buying. Open Them!!!!
