The Store was clean and cool (air condition). The staff was nice, attentive, and helpful.

I tried on a pair of shoes and I realized that the shoes that were in the box were 2 different shoes (perhaps someone was trying on 3 different pair of shoes and rushed to put them in the wrong box). I told the salesperson and he saw that I was correct. He went straight to the computer to check out the shoe that I liked and ordered it for me. And since they didn't have it in stock they will mail the shoes to my house.

Over all it was a pleasant atmosphere and visit. They made me feel comfortable. I shall go back again.

The best customer service ever honestly!! Alison was by far the MOST helpful person I have ever interacted with, from this company!! All over the phone, extremely professional and courteous! If only all in the customer service field had this much kindness!!

Lisa the Assistant manager was an amazing help. A grinding shoe was leaving blisters, she guided me to something that fit great. She was informative about their app and their sales. It's rare to come across customer service of this caliber, it shouldn't go unrecognized. Thank you Lisa.

Went on a Saturday afternoon in February, looking for men's dress shoes. I have large feet, and had already had no luck at two other stores that day finding shoes in my size that were stylish. When I walked in, the sales representative (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name) was ready and willing to help. She spent a lot of time helping me understand what the sizes meant, and how to use memory foam insoles. I walked in frustrated, but left very happy with my new shoes. The service made me a new loyal customer.
