The UPS Store

Everything was super quick and easy. James was awesome, he was so patient when I couldn’t find my QR code. He also showed me where I could find my returns and entering to win the Amazon gift card.

I was recently at the UPS Store to return equipment and as soon as I walked on the door I was greeted by an extremely nice young lady named Christina. She was very polite and helpful and smiling the entire time. I was in and out very quickly! Thank You Christina!😊

this was the most easiest UPS store I’ve ever made, Carrie was so nice and helpful. She easily helped me package my boxes and showed me how to email my shipping label to the UPS store so it could be printed. I didn’t feel, rushed whatsoever even though there was a lobby full of people. I was even able to print a form that I needed for my next appointment. This was probably the best UPS experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Carrie for all your help and merry Christmas.

Christina was very helpful and worked to help the other associate who was learning. She processed my drop off quickly and explained that I should keep the receipt until ATT acknowledged my return. Well done!

Wow! What an experience! I walked in and a young Lady was in front of me with an Amazon return. Christina said hello and was very kind and helped me and I was able to be in and out in three minutes. What Customer Service!!! Thanks Christina I made it to work on time and happy!

My mother needed a notary and Christina at the Oakwood store was very helpful. I asked if she would go to my car, where my mom was, because she does not walk very well. Christina didn’t even hesitate. She grabbed her notary stamp and a pen and out to the car we went. Thanks for showing the epitome of customer service!!

This was a great experience with Colleen. After going to the USPS only to have 8 frustrated people in front of me with one associate at the counter. This wss a less than 10 minute wonderful experience with a pleasant and helpful associate. Keep up the good customer service Colleen!

I had over 10 items to return and Colleen was faster at processing the items than I could pull up the codes to scan! It was a seamless experience. She was a great help and I’m glad I came to this UPS store to get what I needed done.

Rachel, the associate that assisted me, was very kind and helpful. I had some glass that needed to be shipped and it was not packaged properly. Rachel said she could repackage it so the glass was secure and would it make it to its destination intact.

Christine took care of labeling both of my packages very quickly and she had a smile on her face. I was in and out of the UPS Store in under one minute. I was pleased with the service Christine gave me.

Me & my 3 year old were dropping off a sale from an online selling app & we just so happened to be selling her favorite shoes she outgrew and she was sad about it before we left. When we went to UPS Christina mentioned the treasure box for my 3 year old to pick some things out of, out of all the times we been there we never been asked so this was a great surprise for that. Long story short it made my 3 year olds day better because she ended up getting to pick out little toys and candy after getting rid of things she didn’t need anymore. This wasn’t even mentioned to Christina either, so thanks for just being kind :)

I always have a great experience here. Today the employees greeted me warmly and Lonzio helped me process all my Amazon returns with patience and kindness. I’m glad this UPS store is so convenient for me to use all the time!

Rachel is the BEST employee you guys have! Always professional, punctual, is very knowledgeable, treats the customers with first priority and respect, and has always made me happy every time I come in!

Colleen was extremely helpful. She helped me to print the online return form from a photo on my phone; which I thought only needed to be scanned. I did not have the knowledge, nor the skill to print the lable from my phone. I could not have had a kinder, friendlier, more personable experience. Thank you!
