Whoever rolled the breakfast burritos on 3/7/24 deserves a raise. These things were TIGHT! Not a single egg or sausage crumble outside the tortilla. The presentation was immaculate. Thank you burrito roller, for the care that went into folding the tortillas just so.

It was good vanilla ice cream experience with Happy meal. somehow server forgot to put the Sauce in both of the Happy Meals , Even when we specifically told about our choices.

This McDonald's is on the ball! The service is the friendliest, and the food is the best tasting that I've experienced at any McDonald's in quite awhile!
Fresh hot fries, perfectly salted (I didn't even want to add catsup to them!)
Our Big Mac and Quarter Pounder were worthy of enjoying every bite, from the warm fresh bun to the crispy shredded lettuce, to the beef that was tender and hot from the grill.
The service was the extra exclamation point on our visit! Every member of the McDonald's team that we saw or interacted with was friendly, professional and willing to be helpful!
To the staff and owners, please keep doing what you are doing here; yours is a standard by which all of the other stores aspires to reach!

I love a good Big Mac. It was warm and the fries were hot. Good service.

I have been frequenting this location for the past few weeks since it is one of the few in the area that are still open 24 hours. I typically come in pretty late in the night and each time I come I’m met with exceptional service along with quick and fresh food. It seems to be the same crew every night and no matter how busy it is or how late I come through the drive thru, it has never affected the quality of the experience they provide.

The ice cream machine was working so finally grabbed a cone, sooooo good... store was super clean and updated,, service was lousy,,, no line, just me,,, 3 ppl working register and I had to wait 10 mins for my cone when any of those 3 could of turned around and made my cone... disappointing watching lazy ppl on something so easy... no initiative

In town visiting my elderly mother and came here to get our breakfast because mom loves a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Really fast drive through and friendly staff. Food was fresh and still hot when I got it back to my mom's house. Great job.

The young lady that waited on me was exceptionally courteous. They were very busy and there was a bit of a wait but the people were so courteous and friendly that they eve apologized for the wait. My only concern was they didn't change the register tape and there were no receipts for the questionnaire or for those using debit cards. That should have been taken care of because there were no order numbers without the receipts.

Quick service in drive thru

This is by far the best McDonald's in the area. Food is good with a spacious dining area and the lady's that take care of the dining area are first rate.

i go here mostly on third shift and overall very satisfied. usually order a crispy chicken biscuit, and 9/10 times i order its always good. sometimes they'll turn you away but overall this store is reliably open later than the other one, and the food is surprisingly fresh for the hour.

Exceptional customer service, employee at the drive thru handled my special request with a can-do attitude and my order came out nice and hot. This location is and continues to be my favorite McDonald’s in the area and I will be sure to be back soon.

My boyfriend and my friend work here and honestly may not be the best workers all the time, but say they are. But they always make my trip to this McDonald's amazing. For example today I waited for about 10 mins before someone took my order before someone who I'm assuming a manager took my order. Who was kinda rude after he asked if I had credit or cash. And I had cash. Which is understandable. But the reason no one took my order for so long was because this one man I'm assuming again another manager just stood there faking fixing this credit machine. After that I saw my boyfriend and friend and made my trip 100000000% better.

It may be that there's a change or improvement in staff. Very friendly, efficient and food came out good for the most part.

Went on a weekday and ordered breakfast, got my order fast and they got everything right.

Best McDonald's by far every time I've ordered from this McDonald's their food is always been fresh they don't take too long like most McDonald's do I've never had one issue with their food and I am in Miamisburg and this McDonald's out here sucks never get your food fresh they always take forever and everything so I will drive the little bit of distance just to have fresh food when I go to McDonald's

This is by far the best McDonalds in the Kettering area. I have been coming here for 4 years and have noticed that it is very rare that they mess up orders. The lunch staff is wonderful, especially Jonathan L in the back window! He is such a great asset to their business. Definitely recommend!
