We purchased a large area rug for our home and couldn’t be happier! This is the fourth rug I’ve had in my house within the past few months. The first three came from other companies and were all returned. When we went to Bockrath I was amazed at how many beautiful area rugs they had on display. They even allowed me to take one home and try it out before making the commitment. But what really sold me was when their representative Rachel visited my home, made recommendations on the sizing, returned my rug and ordered the correct size. What a difference that made! She was awesome, the carpet is beautiful and I am thrilled!

Bockrath did an amazing job replacing our entire first floor with engineered hardwood. They were on time, paid attention to detail, cleaned up at the end of the day and did meticulous work. We could not be happier. I highly recommend!

My wife and I had a carpet that unexpectedly Faded/deteriorated in a little over a year. Doug and his team were fantastic to work with! Not only did he generously replace the carpet, but also exceeded our expectations with customer service! His team of installers traveled to our home, which was out of their service area, were exceedingly professional during installation and genuinely cared about their product and their installation.

I can't say enough about the installers, Trevor and Dylan, the project took almost three weeks and they could not have been more professional and respectful while working in our home. Doug was also there every few days to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with the results. He continued to follow the project after the sale which I know is not always the case with his competitors. They all worked hard to make sure that it was done correctly while dealing with any obstacles that were uncovered during the process along with answering all of our questions to make sure we were satisfied with the end result and we were!

As I told Doug, Judy and I were pleased to get the excellent service and care Lisa and joe and Derrick provided. We had two other estimates and were just short of replacing the entire floor.
