McDonald's

This McDonald’s typically is the average McDonald’s, nothing to rant about nothing to rave about. However, I just went through there about half an hour ago and got the best big Mac I have had in the history of McDonald’s lol. It was extremely fresh, it was hot. The cheese was melted not too much Mac sauce… Literally could not have been any better. For that I write you all five stars because no one today offers five star service at least in the last several years no matter where I have been since Covid everything has been awful. Thank you McDonald’s for stepping it up and I hope you keep it up!

As far as McDonald's go this one is good. Food isn't always fast but it rarely tastes old. Staff is sometimes "short", like they are stressed/ over worked but I would never call them rude.

I picked up several doordash deliveries. The staff was always very polite and it was a quick pick up.

A loved one was involved in an accident and was taken to the ER, and the family and I rushed to the hospital to be with her. We weren't able to eat dinner as a result. When we left the hospital at 2am everyone was VERY hungry. Not much is open that late so we opted for McDonald's. I was amazed at how good the food was! Everything was made correctly, was very hot, and very fresh. In fact, it was some of the best McDonald's I can remember having in many years! In addition, the employees were friendly and polite (rare these days). I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but this was above and beyond, and these employees deserve recognition and kudos. Hire more like this, McDonald's!

PS: To the reviewer who complains about sitting at the menu while other cars are passing you: it's because we use the mobile app! Which means we don't have to waste time trying to relay the order verbally. It saves time for us and for the workers, and it helps to ensure your order will be correct. You also get rewards and various deals that save you money. Give that a try next time.

My wife and I went through the Drive Through. Our order was received quickly and properly. Most importantly, the Customer Service was friendly and pleasant.

My go to is spot #5, at the pickup lane, for online orders! Always quick and getting better at accuracy! Thanks 👍

I was in a hurry, so I stopped into this particular McDonald's, which was close to my destination for breakfast before I started work. There was a line about 6-7 cars long, but I had my food and was at work ahead of schedule, and the food was great. 👍👍👍

The eating area is always very clean and the woman who we have seen there several times taking care of it is very friendly and kind. The food comes out pretty quickly. We have used the phone app and the ordering kiosks, both make ordering very simple.

The drive thru was busy at lunch so I went inside. The lobby was clean and inviting. Even though it was busy inside, the service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and to my order.

I will say that the McDonald’s in Kettering and n Wilmington pike is accurate. Food was hot and good and nothing missing from the order not even a single sauce missing. I was actually surprised. There frozen coke slushees are really good and I always enjoy the app collecting points and earning free food and they always have a good deals on there! Best fast food app around is McDonald’s hands down.

I went to get my morning coffee. Very fast service!

If you like McDonald's, you will certainly enjoy this one... It tastes just like... McDonald's.

My message to McDonald's: Just give everybody a dang toy. Everybody deserves a toy, okay?
Stop making your staff work so fast that they are robots. They sound and look like damn robots. I bet they're stressed TF out.

Let me just say that I visited 3 McDonald’s in this area and not only was the customer experience amazing but they were, fast, accurate and quality was great! I live in Georgetown KY where I have the WORST 3 McDonald’s probably in the state. This was a nice experience to have! My last visit to get my kids Halloween buckets was one owned by Eric Godlove. One of the employees stuck out to me. He was young student from Egypt. Moved here to go to school. Exceptional with customer service, so sweet and helpful and he’s so very smart in school. It’s tough for him financially and the fact he goes to work smiling is amazing. ! I don’t know his name but he deserves major recognition and a raise to help with school!! Thanks for this experience!!

Went through the drive thru and ate breakfast and had a tasty caramel frappe with sausage mcgriddle with cheese and hashbrown. Tasty food and drink! Staff were fast and kind.

the store was busy and my order took a while to pick up from the drive thru. After getting my order ready I went home. When I arrived I saw that the order came partially wrong. I called the store and the manager Alec answered me. he asked to go back to the store and look for him. he was very helpful and polite. congratulations to him (Alec) and to those involved with this franchise, you have a great manager!

I visit regularly for breakfast. The morning crew is always fast, friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious.

They were awesome made sure our fires were fresh n made sure we were ok w waiting for our sandwich , also gave us a extra order of fries n some tickets for free food on our next trip due to our wait they were awesome

The managers working tonight did an amazing job! Just the two of them and they clearly made it work, may have been a wait but they did great! Just want to make this in hopes they'll see it, you did great for what you can and take a breather. Kill the anger with kindness!

Drive thru had a few in line and got through pretty quick with a simple order. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was clean. Nice that there is a light to come out at or a back way to Dorothy Lane.
