I so enjoy shopping here. Jackie is always helpful and gives me honest feedback when I ask. I go out of my way to shop here because of her and her staff as well as the upkeep of the store.

I decided to visit this location today because every time I drive over to The Greene I want to rip the hair out of my head. 😡
(because of the traffic and parking- not because of their store😅

I’m glad I decided to make the change today. The young lady that help me with my gift card purchased was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and an asset to your organization.😊

I’m sure my mother in law will be very happy with the gift card.

Jody at Oakwood Talbots is professional, caring and knowledgeable! She understands body shape, coloring and asks all the right questions to get your style! Honestly, I always want to purchase everything she brings to my dressing room!

Some of the nicest, most efficient sales associates I have ever dealt with! Knowledgeable... friendly,.. helpful. I have shopped at Talbots at our other home in Florida.. while a perfectly fine shopping experience.. when compared with Talbots in Oakwood, there is no comparison! Jackie especially is a delight to work with. Don’t change a thing... makes shopping a pleasure!

Meg is wonderful!!! So helpful but I never feel pressured! Met her at The Greene and she told me about Oakwood having my sizes in store. I went a couple days later and she was there. Walked out with a new dress and a pair of shoes. Going back today and taking my mom. Great customer service is a bit hard to come by these days. But Meg and ALL the ladies at this shop have it nailed!

The sales associates at this location are always so friendly and helpful. I am willing to drive across town to patronize this store, rather than the one closer to my home specifically because the associates are so welcoming, knowledgeable and cheerful. Kudos!

The best customer service of any Talbot's, I've been in. When shopping in the Oakwood location, you really feel that you're in a private boutique shop.
