super fast! They were a life saver for my last event. I forgot to order products and my box came in 2 days. I was not expecting that! Amazing and quick service, great prices, fresh products that never leak. I don't know why I haven't created an account yet lol, I probably order from them more than they realize. I moved across many states over the past several years and I order from them in every state.

FIVE STARS across the board!!! Ensley Beauty Supply Professionalism and Customer Service is second to none! Their boxes are packed with PRIDE and the Staff goes above and beyond to ensure there’s no liquid leakes (Love The Gripper). I always receive my products ahead of schedule and every experience is like Christmas because I receive exactly what I asked for!!!

This is a real beauty supply, unlike the others that never have what your looking for. I've been coming here since there grand opening in the 1980's. This is a friendly place to shop. The owners are terrific. The sweet lady name Lovely is always helpful. If you need something ask for her. They have products that most Beauty Supplies don't, and they have an online store as well.

Wow this is definitely going to be the new beauty supply store I order from online. I live in NYC and purchased several products last Sunday, December 18th. My order shipped out on Monday, December 19th. I received my order on Wednesday, December 21st. Everything was in tact and shipped perfectly with UPS. They arrived super fast. My only regret was not ordering a few other items I needed (I forgot to do this), but I will definitely become a frequent customer of this business. The shipping fee is also reasonable if your purchase is under $149 and no tax is included.

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would. I ordered my products on a Sunday night and received them on Wednesday morning. The items were packed tightly to avoid movement during shipping and had protective taping across the tops to prevent spillage. I am truly impressed with your company and look forward to doing more business with you in the future!!!

***Updated Review 1/23/2022*** I just noticed I didn't receive a shampoo I ordered. I only realized it because I was planning to use it tonight. I'm a product junkie, but I keep all my hair products organized and separated by brand and collection. I triple checked everything just to be thorough and it's not there. I was going to order another bottle in the meantime because I've really been wanting to try that particular shampoo for some time, but it's currently out of stock. ☹

Even though about a week and a half has passed since my order was delivered, I hope we can work something out. Hopefully, they'll issue a refund or store credit.

This is a wonderful Beauty Supply Shop. The owner came from behind the front counter to help us. My uncle needed a special product and he forgot the name of it.He was describing the bottle to the front counter helper and she was looking around to help us. Then the owner over heard him .He knew exactly what he was talking about and brought it to him. That was above and beyond customer service. I must say I am beyond satisfied. I was very apprehensive about ordering from this store. I called last year 2020 spoke with very pleasant gentleman, yet I delayed ordering having had bad experiences with Sally's . To the point where my products smelled of smoke.I finally ordered 2021. Everything came on time and securely wrapped, down to my colors. As a professional licensed stylist I am very comfortable saying I will be placing more orders with Ensley Beauty Supply and referring to othets. Job well done

Brought back memories. I rushed to get there before 5:30 closing per the online info only to find the time if closing was 5pm. The young lady with the pretty bun on her head let me shop and so did the owner/manager. I honestly forgot about this store being a product of Ensley High School but my stylist recommended I go there to get products for my Natural hair.
