Convenient spot busy employees, store has plenty we snatch up occasionally. Friendly tip always be an alert shopper they deal with security like everyone around. Staff has been great.

Excellent customer service. It was my first time(04/16/21, between 10-11am) in there and the associate/clerk was very attentive and courteous. Other customers were also commenting on her pleasant disposition and friendliness. Customer service was EVERYTHING!!!

I was on my way to another store & stopped at the Dollar General at Ave H Ensley area, I’ve never been to this location. It certainly was meant for me to stop at this particular Dollar General, due to the fact that I found everything that I had been looking for at several other stores. (not Dollar General stores) Let me get to the best part & that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was OUTSTANDING & worth writing this review! I was helped by a YOUNG lady name Sherrell she was friendly, courteous, kind & very helpful, along with being knowledgeable of her job. The cashier a YOUNG man name Issac was friendly & greeted me with a smile at the register, after paying for my products he said thank you ma’am & have a blessed day. Upon me leaving out the door they both said come back & shop with us again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important to me so there was no way that I was leaving this store, without complimenting & encouraging these 2 young people, Sherrell & Issac. There was also no way that I wasn’t going to writing this review. We as people always want to complain, which is fine if we have a problem, but we need to take that same energy & time to COMPLIMENT as well. I will definitely be shopping there again! Awesome job Sherrell & Issac, keep up the great work

Dollar General is one of a kind store. Everything I need I can find it there at Dollar General. Always stocked with what I need. Good Prices also. I love buying the fruit. Thanks Dollar General😃

Oh yeah, I need to stop a the DG right quick. They have lots of things that are easy to grab, and a easy checkout with friendly staff who provided great customer service. Go there!

Great service is good . it’s a dollar general but they try to keep it clean and covid safe. The lines can get long at certain times so it’s good to go there early or it tends to get crowded so early or late . It’s in a good spot so it’s a okay stop to make

GOOD store needs more security for employees, they are doing the best they can trying to stop these a--holes from carrying the store out of the front door. We would love to keep the store in the neighborhood.

Today at Dollar General ,I witnessed excellent, professional work of the most courteous cashier ever.There was customer that lost her temper,became very impatient with the transaction.Shantrell the cashier was so patient and kind through the whole ordeal,and everything went well and I commended her afterwards.The store is located on 20thst Ensley.Thanks Dollar General for good people like Shandrell,she made a difference.

I had an excellent shopping experience. The staff was friendly and made shopping a breeze. The two young ladies gave excellent customer service!
