Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods

So I like Specs location better than the Hulen location. The service was great but then again I spent quite a bit of money. This is the only location that carries all my favorites. I will only go to this location and I will drive 25 minutes.

The selection is off the map and the store is so well laid out. One of the ladies that was working in the isles assisted me with a recommendation of a nice, sweet Port that wasn't the most expensive bottle they had like a lot of other people may have. I appreciated her knowledge and assistance.

Recently did a Drizly delivery order from this location. Unfortunately there was an issue w the order and i received the wrong size of a couple bottles of wine. Totally understand mistakes can be made but how you go about fixing them is what’s remembered. When I reached out to the store I spoke to the manager Kevin and he quickly researched the issue and came up w a plan to rectify the mistake and Daniel brought the correct items to my house to swap out. I can’t say enough about their customer service skills and I am very appreciative of how they were willing to work to rectify the issue!

Love this whole staff ... anytime I need something .. they help you answers all your questions and even suggest stuff if you have No clue ... manager is wonderful also

Great location and great selection. I went in to stock up on some items. I was greeted when I came in. Staff was helpful and there was a young lady who help me find the stuff I needed while I was there. (I think her name was Alex.) Overall great experience and I recommend this location.

I frickin love this place from security,price, and staff. I enjoy going to this location because the people are friendly.

If you pay with cash, it's a little cheaper.
You can also have what you are purchasing chilled so you can drink cold sooner takes about 5mins

Great prices and friendly staff. Good selection of cigars too. My one complaint is sometimes cashiers forget to do the bulk discount (only applies if you buy a certain amount of same liquor of the same size) and the discount for paying with debit or cash. Selection of liquors and other items is vast but easy to navigate. Very nice clean store as well.

Great staff, extremely helpful. If it wasn't for the incredible selection, I would have been in and out in no time.

Bree is EXCELLENT AT WHAT SHE DOES. HANDS DOWN.
She's fast, friendly, gives off a good vibe and knows how to upsell top shelf liquors. I usually make sure she's working prior to me coming in the store because I'm in and out and she's just an awesome employee!

I could not be more excited to have this store in Hurst. Staff is all so nice and knowledgeable. They have tastings every Friday and Saturday after 5pm. Join the Specs club and get discounts.

My only suggestion is to have classes. Sign up only, limited space for diffraction wines, liquor, cigars.

Love, love,love!! Huge facility, I was there 2min to close. And Noone made me feel like a jerk for it.. Staff was fantastic. First one Immediately helped me find product, 2nd check out was fast, friendly, and 3rd thanked me , as I was leaving. So impressed!!
Again the customer service was top notch. 5gold stars easily!!

Other than that racist white lady they had up in there profiling me and my brother, I love going there. The people are very friendly. I belive that lady dont work there anymore. Good riddance 🤣
